Supervisor struggle with emotional intelligence and focus more on nitpicking and micromanagement rather than actual results. Upper management tends to ignore complaints regarding the unhealthy work environment. The system is designed such that you are expected to either silently tolerate subjective treatment or face immediate termination the moment you speak up about a problem. 
I would not recommend wasting your time here if you value professional respect and a stable atmosphere."

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
No in particular.All days are OK

Acted as a consultant and briefly as an employee involved in operations.  Hired by investor's representative and worked with KPMG to clean up the accounting.  Implemented new systems and procedures, Oversaw the implementation and "quasi" customization of new system (Navision)..

Just finished my first 3 months and I feel like the team not only is fun to work with but also is very supportive and encourages initiatives. They value each other which makes for a pleasant work environment.

Active environment and flexible hours . Most important is that you get the job done. Company trusts its employees which is a very important part of the culture at Cryopak. 

Bad management no surprise bad people bad shifts stressful. Environment very low salary for the work that you're gonna provide no air conditioning I don't know what to say else

Friendly atmosphere and amazing culture. Exemplary management is very supportive in helping you reach your goals! Hard work is recognized and appreciated. 

Good people and products. Not very stressful work environment. Politics can sometimes get in the way of progress. You need to be aligned with the right people
