Working here is just a stepping stone for anyone's career. Don't expect too much even if they've been rated the "best managed company", honesty that is just a joke. Management doesn't know how to do their jobs and are very condescending to their workers. The culture is poor and very unprofessional as everyone speaks Chinese regardless of your background. Turnover is extremely high, there's at least one person leaving each month in all departments. Although there are a number of seatwarmers who work here and have no idea what they're doing (why even keep them?). Training is at a minimum and you are expected to do more than your paygrade (real slave drivers here). There's little to no support from management if conflict arises. For salaried workers you are treated like you work by the hour as it's enforced you clock in and out daily. Vacations are not paid in full unless you "earn" your two weeks. Benefits are very basic. It's clear the cons outweigh the pros here. Employees don't leave bad jobs. They leave bad work cultures.

There are many opportunities at this company, but it is up to you to make or break a career here. There will be repetitive work as a manufacturing environment should, but there will also be fun and challenging work from time to time. As a PD Engineer, you get to prototype consumer products using industrial 3D printers that you might not get elsewhere. 

The work culture here is appreciated as well. Hours are reasonably flexible to suit your schedule. There is "no dress code," meaning anything that is sensible workplace attire will be accepted. So, you can wear a plain T-shirt, or a dress shirt, it is up to you. 

Overall, if you are a self-driven individual, this would be a great place for you.

It has been a great learning experience so far. The work load is quite hectic most of the time, however, it is an opportunity to learn new things and take current skills into practice. "The more you practice, the better you become". Most co-workers are friendly and approachable. 

If you are a new graduate, this is a perfect opportunity for you to gain experience. If you do apply here, make sure that you are open-minded. One thing I can suggest is to be more open with different cultures. It may be hard to adjust but there's room for better collaboration and insights.

Company with a warm atmosphere and friendly colleges. Good conditions at the office (kitchen, gym).

Don't recommend if you live far from the office, because commute is really hard, but it's a perfect spot if you're driving (big free parking).

If you have some issues, all of the people are always ready to help you. HRs are really nice, they are doing their best to create a warm environment in the office (celebrating holidays, small gifts, parties)

Interesting job: working with worldwide popular cosmetics companies is very interesting and an amazing experience. you can learn a lot from you're colleges as well as from company's trainings.  

Disadvantage: low salary

Awful place to work at!! No support, very cliquey, if you’re not Asian don’t bother working there, they over work you for no money, warehouse is also very dangerous for workers since it has a strong chemical smell and the poor workers are breathing that in for ten hours, management is never there, no proper training, you can pretty much wear whatever you want but that takes away from a professional environment, a lot of the employees can’t speak or write in English which is crazy since they’re communicating with big brands, everyone is very rude, racist and miserable. Just don’t bother working here, it’s a waste of your time. 

As a whole, my experience working with Crystal Claire Cosmetics Inc has been excellent. 
In the first two weeks of my employment, my mentor in the department provided me with detailed and practical introductory training, as well as ongoing on-the-job training throughout my employment. 
Our office has an open-door policy, so whenever I have concerns and questions, they can be heard and respected. 
Although the pace of work is fast, I believe it is a wonderful opportunity for people to grow and learn. Further, the management values the work-life balance of its employees and is willing to provide flexible working schedules. 

Very poor management some lone leaders are very rude they treat the people really bad of you work with you come home very stressed no chance even to complain about them no respect for the employees so many bosses no instructors what’s so ever work there like a slave mentally I was hurt in the company by the line leader even if you complain to the Human Resources I was the one penalized personally I never recognized this company as a good company for kind heart people  some management people are really good Human Resources Resources are doing their part really good but some supervisor treat you really bad

I worked as a temporary intern for 4 months. Since I was doing engineering, it wasn't so bad for my salary. Sadly, that's the only thing that's acceptable. 
The whole company management is a joke, in engineering department, they don't have any clear schedules, one day they would work on something, and the other day they would change to another. The only goal for workers was to complete the the job instead of do it well. 
No company culture in that place, all that have are people trying to avoid responsibilities and argue for credits. As an intern, I only felt myself lost but no one would help me.

To start with no canadian experience this is a nice place, but the culture of the company is not the one you are expwcting and the one they portrait. The payment is low for the amount of job is asked of you.
In there is all about the money they can make with each production, and because you are not from the same cultural background as they are you will be an outsider.  The womens are not take in consideration there. To improve in your career you need to move out of that place.

Really low salary, no benefits, toxic work environment, bad behavior from seniors toward entry positions. Stressful environment.
Senior Mic used to be a yeller and unkind person with unprofessional behavior to the jrs. When I tried to tell to supervisor, he just justify this behavior with a personality mode. I really don't recommend to work there.
