I have had the privilege of being part of the CCBC family for the past eight years, and it's with immense satisfaction that I share my experience with this outstanding company. CCBC has proven to be more than just a workplace; it's a community of dedicated professionals where personal growth, and positive energy thrive. As the Large and Custom Sales Coordinator, I have been consistently challenged and engaged. The company's commitment to providing excellent training has empowered me to excel in my role and contribute significantly to the success of the team.

Zero professionalism & zero care for the employees. Higher-ups seem to expect loyalty while doing nothing to hear their employees out or attempt to boost employee moral. They do not train people properly. High turnover rate for a reason. 

People they put in charge are the ones who point the finger and blame everyone else for their mistakes. Higher-ups will not look at the proof or attempt to talk to the other parties involved and will just take the word of who they are friendly with. 

It's not uncommon to see employees cry or have panic attacks at this job due to the treatment. Owner has a tempter. 

I would not recommend someone take this job unless they are really desperate for a meager paycheck.

There are cameras in the office, at the front door, in the warehouse, and outside. Your work email is also accessed and read by the owner, and the cameras in the office have microphones. When you go into the owners office, he has a wall of screens where he is watching everything from his desk. 

In addition, every phone call is recorded, and at any given time the management or owner may listen in on your calls and not tell you about it. The culture of this office, is to spy on each other, and try to collect incriminating information in case there is a temporary lapse in drama. They absolutely love their drama. 

Professionals need not apply.

Crystal Clear bags presents as a dream job, but fails to offer a stable work environment. There is a high turnover of employment, and while many  employees have made official complaints to HR, they have had zero positive results. 

The owner and his wife are actually very caring people who want the best for their employees, but are not continually present to see the actions of management. Due to personal connections, they are more willing to watch staff leave, than deal with the issues. 

Unfortunately, this company is managed more like a garage band than a professional business. Complaints made about management will only increase the issues; For this reason, many employees are denied success and will give up to seek employment elsewhere.

Crystal Clear Bags has a very poor, and toxic work culture due to its Customer Service Team Leader and General Manager - which unfortunately leads to the high turn around, and loss of experienced, well-skilled, and hard working employees. 

Despite several employee complaints and cases made directly to the company and HR, the Company's owner neglects to make any attempts in resolving the issues, and chooses to ignore such complaints.

Unfortunately, not only do the devious and manipulative manners carried by the Team Leader and General Manager prevent an employee from thriving and growing with the company - it also prevents the company from growing and getting stronger as a whole.

As the owner of Crystal Clear Bag Canada Inc, it is very important to me that my team works in a safe, secure environment. As an inbound customer service/sales business, managing all forms of company, electronic communications are required to deliver awesome customer service to our valued clients. Outside professional resources have been implemented since Oct 2019 to improve processes and increasing satisfaction within our team and their work environment. Warehouse is a fast  paced environment, the days go by quickly.
