No rules or regulations. Does not follow food handling protocols or standards. I had to jeopardize my food handlers certificate so many times on account of poor management/owner. Employee turnover was insane, new employees all the time> Short staff on several occasions. No bathroom breaks or regular breaks due to lack of staff. Expired foods and no rotations of food.  Sorry but I wouldn't suggest employment here.  Job is super easy but frustrating when busy because only one employer is available per shift. 

I worked at this restaurant for nearly a year and hated every minute of it, the work itself was not hard nor too much, however, the management and training given was unprofessional and unsanitary. Hairnets were not compulsory, food in the back was prepared without gloves, machines rarely cleaned, etc. Management told workers to limit portions and was extremely shady and unprofessional. The pay was always either short or late, and the schedule was never given at an appropriate time. Only time management would fix up was during inspections.

I liked working at Carlton Cards due to awesome staff, great hours, and shared lots of laughs before the business was closed. Great job to gain customer service because I would help guest find the perfect card they're looking for.

They were amazing. When I was really sick one day my boss took the time to get me cold remedies, i lost my voice so he talked for me. Lunch was the busiest and he was awesome. too bad hes not the owner anymore.

the management is organized, it's slow in the weekdays but fairly busy on weekends, learned to be cooperative to coworkers, you must know the overall job, both kitchen and taking orders and cashier.

Fast paced and can be stressful but if you are a calm person who never stresses, it might be good for you! The coworkers were nice and we didn’t have a toxic working environment 

Cultures was a super fun job to work at. I had lots of fun meeting new customs every day as well as having fun with my coworkers at the job. It was the most enjoyable part time job I had.

- Some good food 
- Always out of stalk 
- Over Priced

employees are great, food is great, the customers are consistent and we have regular people who love our smoothies, salads and rice bowls.... i enjoy my job
