This place is NO good. Just move along I promise you will find something better. The office where I worked only had myself and the receptionist. Before this company hired C&W they had a staff of 4 people. So C&W cut that in half and decided that 2 people can do the work of 4. Well actually 1, which was me, because the receptionist is stuck at the front desk most of the day. I was given a one hour lunch every day but decided to only take a 35 minute lunch because I had to much work. I did this and I was reprimanded from my site manager saying I had to take a 1 hour lunch. I know the minimum in my state is 30 minutes for every 5 hours. So the only thing I could do was work the last 30 minutes of my lunch. Management is non existent which I hated. They never come around or check in and if you ask them certain things about your position and they dont have an answer, even though they should, they ignore you. They dont tell you ALL of your job responsibilities so when you get to your work site not only do you have your main responsibilities you also are given many more tasks that you did NOT agree to or even know you had to do. C&W is not supportive at all. They say they have your best interest in mind but they really dont. I was given a task by my work site which was completely unrelated to my job title. I went to my manager and they agreed I should not be doing that task. A week later he tells me that this task I was given needs to be done because "the office manager is a very important person and whatever she tells us to do we do it." There are so many problems with this company I just couldn't stand it and only worked there for less then a year.
So PLEASE take my advice and STAY AWAY!

As a Senior Research Analyst and in charge of the Research department in Montreal, I am responsible of leading and overseeing the Research function.
My main responsibilities include:
- Compiling market information and statistics for the office market in the Greater Montreal Area
- Conduct research and collect information materials on market fundamentals, ownership, tenants, and economic analysis
- Conduct research to support pitch materials, publications, reports and deliverables to the brokerage team (e.g. reports, presentations, etc...)
- Primary responsibility for the write-up of the quarterly market reports (Montreal Marketbeat publications) in English and French
- Preparing financial analyses for commercial leases
- Managing and mentoring the Research staff in Montreal

My current function at Cushman & Wakefield helped me in improving my leadership and management skills. In addition, my position requires solid research and communication skills, which I have proved to master.

The hardest part of my job would be handling many requests, most of the times from different brokers and being able to answer those requests without delays. As for the most enjoyable part, it would be writing the market intelligence publications, as well as preparing and giving presentations, in addition to coming up with creative and new initiatives to improve the business and the image of Cushman & Wakefield.

-managers provide tools to help succeed, lots of different  people within the company who are pretty friendly and happy to help.
- workplace culture is pretty "woke", which is fine but it gets shoved down your throat a little bit
-expectations are quite high, lots of correspondence with contractors and  clients during the day sometimes takes a lot of the day
-def not a good place if you're looking for something chill or easy,again high expectations but also lots of support and resources are provided for both on the job help and educational materials to help push towards future goals, all of which are free of charge

This would be a great place to work other than the terrible management style, extremely long hours and the "God Like" complex given to the sales agents. 

When they behave badly, it is brushed off as if it were nothing. 

If you are a sensitive person, I would not suggest this company. 

Assistants are overworked and even though management says to let them know, nothing is ever done.

Management was lazy and would get all the assistants to do his work even though they were overworked themselves.

Favoritism is very much alive and well in this company.

I would strongly suggest going elsewhere for a job unless you are desperate.

The work environment is unprofessional. Employees do not know how to execute conflict resolution. Supervisors have poor management skills; they cannot respectfully listen to criticism regarding harassment nor employee dissatisfaction. Critical information for the bottom of the chain is not trickled down from upper management. Hostile environment causing employees to develop a hostile attitude, resulting in poor work atmosphere. Company expects employees lower on the chain to respond to emails outside of work - little respect for work life balance. 

Management doesnt really care whether you work here or not. They are more focussed on the dollars instead of the employees.
If you are an agent it is even worse. Sometimes it takes days to get an answer from management.
Admin support is very scarce 
Not worth the 50% of your commissions that they take.
THeir systems are very onerous and time consuming to work with.
Takes too long to get paid on deals
There is no company culture.
They do not support those that are mid level or starting out so much. They care about the dollar that is IT.
Not a first choice for a commercial realtor to work. 

Management was favourable to one department due to her son working in that department. No training at all. Wayyyy to much work for one person. Very little communication between managers. Company as a whole only cares about money, very corporate and anything you want to get done takes at least 10x longer due to head office doing everything like its 2001. They aren't using the available tools to grow the company (google docs and digital payments) Job looks amazing on paper but its incredibly stressful as there is no support from upper management.

Overall a nice place to work. The staff is really nice and very welcoming to newcomers. Definitely understaffed but management has your back and is very active in their efforts to problem solve and make better workloads for their employees. Overall company culture is quite good with a variety of groups you can join and social events at the office. There's nowhere to grow if you stay a brokerage coordinator but there is if you change departments, which can be hard to do. Decent starting salary, fair raises, good benefits.

Cushman & Wakefield a really good place to work. Even though it is your typical 9 to 5, Monday to Friday job it was a very nice workplace.  I enjoyed the fact that even though I was in charge of a specific task, I found that not everyday was the same, there was always something new or different which make it interesting. In terms of culture and co-workers, even though I didn't talk to a lot of them they were nice and I really felt invited. If I would have the chance to work for them again I will gladly do it.

There are no typical days, every day has new challenges and unforeseen obstacles. 
I have learned how to manage client accounts in a personable but authoritative way to ensure successful results. 
I enjoy my co-workers and we have established a good balance between hard work and socializing. 
The hardest part of the job is that it's commission based and the part I enjoy the most is interacting with clients and all the different types of people I get to meet.
