no two days are exactly the same, but every day is fast-paced and rewarding. There’s a strong focus on teamwork and communication, so meetings, check-ins, and quick problem-solving sessions are common. While the pace can be challenging at times, there’s also a lot of support, mentorship, and recognition for hard work. Results-driven, but supportive management. There's a heavy focus on hitting targets, while still providing training and growth opportunities to those who seek it.

Start with reviewing client files and emails, then handle admin tasks and calls. Afternoons are focused on hitting KPI targets and team check-ins.

If you want a career with growth and support, to actually show up and put in a day's work... this is the company to work for. 
The opportunities here are endless, but this is not a stop gap to slack off or just to get a paycheque.
This company is filled with professionals who care about their co workers, clients and their work ethic.
 It' s life safety..it is taken seriously with employees who really do want to grow as people and in their career path.

Upper management and office staff  has no knowledge of the fire alarm industry, they are yes people to the customers.
Lots of false statements. Every job should take 5 minutes by upper management’s experience. 
Scheduling staff should go on the road to see what the real world is like, travelling from job site to job site.
I worked for. custom fire as a senior fire tech 2 times and both times the scheduling personal was the biggest issue.
They employ non certified and non licensed people to conduct work they are not qualified to conduct.

Don’t be fooled, they aren’t constantly hiring because they’re growing so fast, they’re constantly hiring because they can’t keep people. People are constantly quitting, being let go, or laid off. I have never worked somewhere with such high turnover. It’s actually shocking. 
Management is terrible and offer no guidance or support. 
All of the other negative reviews for this company are absolutely spot on. Just avoid working here.

Management does not recognize hard work. They didn't stand by an oral agreement for a raise and a vehicle after 3 months. They yell, not ask. They underestimate the time it takes to do a job and then get angry when you're not finished. Speaking to managers is like speaking to a brick wall. They don't understand the job so they can't properly estimate jobs. The road manager comes by sites and talks for an hour and then you have run out of time to do the job! Do not work here.

I have been at custom fire and sprinkler for over two years now. I have nothing but positive things to say. There is opportunity for growth around every corner and they have always helped me to succeed no matter what the request was. I would tarring it recommend anyone coming into the industry to feel welcome into the company. I look forward to a long and profitable future for both myself and the company in many years to come.

My experience with this company was disappointing. The management style felt unprofessional, and there was very little communication or support. At times, the work environment felt uncomfortable, and concerns were not taken seriously.

Overtime was frequently expected but not compensated.

There was no clear path for growth or job stability. I would recommend carefully considering other opportunities before joining this company.
