No matter how hard or stressful a workday could get, co-workers are always there to have a quick chat and get out of the office for lunch.  Management is always open to having conversations about various topics either business or personal.

During my time with Cybertech my programming skills increased dramatically, and I was always able to go to a senior team member for advice or direction if needed.

The workplace culture is like nothing I have experienced before.  Paid lunch the last Friday of every month, a small breakfast every Friday morning, and the various company activities show the employees that management appreciates all that we do for the company.

The hardest part of the job for me was the amount of travel I had to do but that was because the client I was working for was based in the US.  The flights became more a commute to work, than travel.  Traveling to the states however was also the best part because it meant getting out into the office and interacting with the operators and office staff face to face.

There were some really good things about working at Cybertech originally.  It was a small company and management were more like colleagues and collaborators than management.  When the company got bigger they hired more managers and the emphasis changed from "How to make the company a better place to work" to "How can we make the company more profitable".  The culture there now is like any other division of a large corporation.

The pros are the co-workers a great group of people doing the day to day grind.  The pay is similarly to comparable companies in the area.

The cons are lack of career advancement opportunities, what ever you're good at is the only thing you'll have an opportunity to be good at and won't likely get an opportunity to branch out in your career.

In the time I was there I learned a lot about automation systems and got to work with great people.
There was no such thing as a typical day. Between programming and doing redlines for the CAD department I always had something to do. 
Management was great, they let us do our work without looking over our shoulders all the time and if you had a question you could always go to them and ask.
Overall everyone was great to work with.

One of the best companies i have worked for. The upper management are very approachable and are willing to take the time to train you. The have multiple fun social events throughout the year and have weekly fun activities to participate in. All in all, best work culture and the best people.

It is a good company to work for.  Colleagues are friendly helpful and professional.   Start up graduates gain excellent experience as they tackle hands on challenging problems.

Was an enjoyable place to work. Invested in employees. Pay and benefits where good. When I was there was no bonus structure for average employees you needed to be there for a certain amount of time and buy in to access any kind of profit share.

Was an excellent source of knowledge and feeling of belonging. Average workday was in the office, but also included on-site time for commissioning and SAT.

It's a good company to work for, lots to learn and explore. Staff is nice and friendly. Everyone is there to help you. Learned some great skills in a short amount of time
