This is very unhealthy company to work in. There were some people in management with the ego size of mount Everest. In my experience the owner is a very nice guy but his management were ( at that time bunch of liars ). I don't know about now but it was the worse job I had. Even with everything computerized the whole performance and all that they have no respect for hard working people. Floor was filled with bunch of dirty politicians.

No official training when you first begin. You must learn everything by asking questions or making mistakes. Company has exposure to many aerospace OEM's, everyday you learn something new. Not many career advancements within the company. Very fast paced environment . Employees within the company are amazing and definitely help with day to day operations.

Coworkers were fun, and the work allowed me to grow my skills. Some days were more demanding than others, however there was always work to be done. Some managers can be very difficult to work with which can be stressful.

work shifts are long hours with not enough break times. In covid days it was seen that proper masks and hand sanitizers were not amply provided. Hope no one has got the virus by now. Senior management seen walking. 

Bias management just favoring certain race,
Rude owner and his son, supervisors follow arrogant and stingy owners of the company.
Pushing employees for no reason even they are doing extremely good. Management never happy regardless.

It is a very good company to work with. I have been with them for four years now. They also hire fresh students come from the college and universities to gain professional experience.

you learn a lot but management in all levels are too poor and micro.
the turnover is too high. people keep coming and leaving.
respect to employee is really low

Typical workplace. This plant is making aircraft parts. Management is friendly. The chemical part of the plant is relatively interesting.

a perfect place to start into manufacturing industry right after University. a typical day is extremely bus and passes with a flick of seconds........

no good company culture. only goal indeed. poor mangement. no any enjoyable part of the job. only make living. the worst company that I have been working in.
