Day starts with reading all the mails from customers and dividing the work as per importance of work. A technical discussion on interesting observations takes place every alternative days which improves everyone's technical knowledge. Co-workers are very friendly and encourages each other with a motivation to develop. Though the salary looks below market, its good place to improve technically during initial days of career.

Joined here when got head hunted by a recruiter saying I will get more than what I earn but trust me its not worth it.
Left the second I got a opportunity, they will pay you higher but work output is unrealistic  target are not possible within 8 hours so you always endup working over hours and not get paid for that as its a salaried job.
Hr/management is not at all supporting.
