Very inclusive and good company values. No favoritism. Do your job and good rate of compensation.

Most of the hard working and kind staff have left under the current CEO. As he seem to only there for the paycheck (if he's there at all) there is absolutely no oversight. Unfortunately the residents are now suffering a huge decline in care and have said they are afraid to complain because they don't want to be kicked out. Who would they complain to anyway? The way some of the existing staff talk about their coworkers and their behavior is absolutely abhorrent. Full time staff lose over 40% of their check to deductions. It's depressing

Stress is very low,managers are open door policy and always willing to listen

Amazing,environment, everyone works together 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Fast paced,good attitudes,and lots of enjoyment

There are many different positions at cypress. Dietary is where I started. You are able to cross train for most positions except for HA's. This is very good if you are looking to make a full time job even though you may only be a casual. Casuals are called in most of the time so kind of difficult for making any plans. It is a difficult learning curve whrn you first start as there are many new shifts to learn and remember all of the tasks for each shift.

when you have a co worker that start bullying you and others

Friendly staff  high pay  and cleaned

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Everyday is fun day and everyday theres always something to learned

Management doesn’t care about staff concerns. They just want to fill each other’s pockets and hire all their friends. Pitting departments against each other. Toxic work environment. Kitchen puts out food that I wouldn’t even feed to my dog. It used to be so good there.

Cannot write a current review as I haven’t worked there for some time but it was a good job at the time I spent there. There is different management now and I’m sure things have changed with the times.

I am the groundskeeper and I work 6 months out of the year. I am left unsupervised to do what I feel needs to be done on a daily basis. It is my second year there and I have thoroughly enjoyed it. My manager does not need to tell me what he wants done.

Seniors are super nice, Staff are rude and big on back stabbing, worst management they need a change. Activity Manager is two faced and alot of favoritism in the building. 

Needs staff with better perfessional skills....Poor management and board members do not have the time to listen to Residents & family concerns...Treat there employes with no respect...
