What is the best part of working at the company?
The coworkers and the first manager were very nice when training me and helped me overall become a good employee. 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Unexpected events such as weather changes, electricity shut down, pomp malfunctions, car wash always broken, difficult/emotional clients, not being able to meet the demands of the clients for certain transactions, homeless/hungry clients and thefts.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
It is normal : it depends the co-worker. Some are dynamic and high-spirited, some aren't. 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
In mornings, it's quiet. On busy days, there can be a big line up and it can be stressful.

Management is reasonable, it's a depanneur job, good place to build references and get a basic work ethic. If you can't keep a job like this one, you're going to struggle with upcoming ones.

Working there was fun at first, the team is very very pleasant, but after a while, the management start treating you like you doesn’t matter to them. They don’t know how to manage a business and it shows 

It's not a terrible job but it get repetitive and boring fast. Retail can eat your soul if you stay there for too long. No higher position so don't come here expecting to climb any ladder in the company. 

its a perfect first job for students which I really admire because not alot of job titles could be good for just anybody. Also the stafe is super nice and competitive
