Pro: 
I had a pleasant time working at Dalton. Coworkers were nice and easy to work with. Managers were reasonable and helpful. 
Job was not too difficult with good work life balance.
Instruments were well maintained in good working order. 
Great location in North York.

Con:
Salary was slightly better than contract labs, but much lower than big pharma and chemical manufacturer. Basic workplace health and dental coverage. No spending account. I had to pay a portion of the premium for a plan that is 100% employer paid in all my other companies. Mediocre RRSP matching. No pension. Forget about saving up for retirement. 

The lab was equipped with mostly entry-level instruments. No top of the line stuffs.

Pressuring bosses quit to my job all time

People to be nice , kind, respectful, reliable , committed with the job

I like to keep   Busy  , I like to work  free , 
I do my best job  my boss haven’t to be behind to me do this do this.

no job security, the owner prides himself to be a fair person but the management is neither fair nor just. management is full of liers and cheats. favouritism prevails. employees lie to please the boss. Be prepared to be bullied. you live in constant fear of being fired. no ethics or values. I don't know why they are rated as the best place to work.

Limited salary growth and career development.
Expectations are often unclear.
Project Management team is under resourced and lacks direction.

Working under pressure with less staff

Very busy every day.

A person can start the career there and learn startvof the industry but should not expect to make a career at Dalton.
