A good company to work for the boss is great and he goes out of his way to help you if he can . a typical day at work is 4 to 8  hours  a day  depending on where you are working at  what i have learned at doing this job was office cleaning since i nerved done this type of cleaning before so it was interesting for me to learn  i worked cleaning different types of offices  such as doctor's offices  , dentist's offices   and business as well   my job entitled  me to clean bathrooms , stairways , lobbies  , lunchrooms, elevators , office  desks , order stock , clean the stock room , manage the time minutes for the  OH&S committee  and make sure that all the books are up to date  on the safety procedures and cleaning products  , make sure that the cleaning bottles are properly labeled  right  so that you now what the cleaner is that you are using  the most hardest part of the job was for me was doing the stairways  at that time due to an i injury and that I WORKED IN A BUILDING BY MY SELF SO IF ANYTHING HAPPENED TO ME i was along  and couldn't call for help  if i had fallen  and could not  call 911  or my boss  other then that it was a good job  and i enjoyed  my job  DCI cleaning is a great company to work for   and if you are looking for a part time job on the side

Worked for DCI cleaning for 2 years the best company I ever worked for...Management  treats their employees with the upmost respect. Would recommend this company to anyone who is looking for a cleaning company or looking for employment. The most enjoyable part of my job was the people I met and the work that I did. I worked for DCI Cleaning LTD while I was in college. It was relaxed work that I did with no supervision. I loved that I was able to have flexibility with this job. Super helpful where I had some days/weekends with a heavy homework load.

I loved the opportunity to work for DCI cleaning people were very friendly and helpful in any questions I had. Scheduled hrs were not bad either.great experience 

DCI cleaning is a very busy and active work place, this made the days go by quick.  this job taught me lots such as how to operate a floor scrubber and how to work professionally.  I was frequently trusted with doing gobs alone and doing them well.  my coworkers were always friendly and tried to make each other better.  This jobs hardest part was making sure waxed floors looked perfect.

They are by far the most professional, respectful, fair and kindest employer I have had the pleasure to work for.   They go out of their way for their employees.   They live up to their reputation.   I wish every employer was as easy to work for.  The staff is great too.   I really LOVED working for this company.

Clean in a variety of settings ...DCI treat their employees with respect and are there for anything you may need. Hardest part of the job of course is the construction clean ups. The co workers and supervisor and employers make the job enjoyable even when it is hard work.

Unrealistic time for finishing work, They would argue about times all the time.8 hours work to be finished in 6 hours.They would not stand up for there employees when a client would have complains even if you were in right.

Really enjoy my time at DCI just looking for a different location with a bigger salary. I have worked with DCI for 5 years and have never had a problem. They carry over 80 employees in their business and everyone gets along whoch makes it alot easier to get the job done.

They are the best! They are fair to all employees. They understand your situation especially if you're a working student. Most hours are after office hours so it's easy to do it while studying.
