What is the best part of working at the company?
The dynamic of experience my co workers have. The overall work atmosphere is great. The pay is awesome and there's tons of opportunities within the company for advancement. 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Having experience from people at hand who have done the jobs over the years makes it a no stress environment. There is always someone close by that can guide you and give there expertise. 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
The work culture is great within Dmc, there are all kinds of people with different backgrounds and mining experience. Having so much available at hand for experience in the field working amongst all kinds of different culture  makes for learning at every forefront with a good feeling at the end of the day 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Very busy. Challenging with demanding tasks that involve great teamwork and communication from all departments

My experience at other BHP projects has been outstanding. safe, rewarding work.
Jansen is a different story. 
My time working under the direction of DMC was only brief. I was yet another casualty of DMC's  apparent policy of removing the people that recognize the risks inherent to the job, and are willing to do the right thing. 
Personal turnover was high at the time. 
The basic expectation of competent supervision was non-existent at DMC.
A JHA was an inconvenience to DMC supervisors.
morning  line up is a joke. poor communication and insulting to the professional's in the room.
injuries and damage seem to be just part of the cost of doing business.
If there's been a restructuring of the management team then maybe  the DMC project it's worth a look at.

Great support from management

Company was great, stress was from Hatch trying to make us fail instead of supporting us.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
It was great, lots of training and upgrading available 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Starts with meeting with the cross shift, meeting with the company then my morning lineup.

This company is just like a revolving door. They get rid of people as fast as they hire them, then they always post the same job listings claiming they’re looking for full time employees when in fact they aren’t even sure what they’re looking for. There is a high employee turnaround rate at this company and there’s a lot of disorganization with management. 

The pay and benefits are decent. The work atmosphere is very toxic. Morale is quite low. Management is dishonest. There is no job security, unless you have a family member or a friend who works there. The place is rampant with nepotism.

If you don't mind working for a shady company that doesn't care about its employees, this could be the place for you!

They're very family oriented !

I'd say sometimes the lack of consistency

Sometimes tressful, but ussually okay

Go to work , work, go home I'd say

The men I supervised were an excellent bunch of guys. 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
The stresses I put on myself were one thing but it was the stresses that upper management put on me that made it not a pleasant place to work.

Management played favourites, (guys from there home town) and let them get away with far too much. Trades people were great to work with. Great Safety culture.  Pay was good as well. Would work for again.
