Company reviews on indeed can be very misleading, either the person writing it left because they decided to move on, or they left because they were very annoyed/ fired.  Either way it leads to very good reviews or very bad ones, so an objective review can be very hard to find but I will try to give one.

The best thing about Dupar is the people, pretty much all the coworkers and staff are great and easy to get along with.  The work environment is clean, safe, and bright.   The company offers great benefits and gives back to its employees though monthly incentives, summer BBQ's, profit sharing and Christmas parties.  

The workload is steady and often busy, which can lead to frustration among some of the employees.  Due to the business growing and expanding, management has been focusing on speeding up production to match the incoming orders, which has resulted in an increased workload for everyone, without much implemented yet to ease the strain.  The company is actively trying to implement new things to help its employees, but it takes time.

Overall my opinion is that Dupar is a good place to work, the people and work environment are great, the business itself is just going through some growing pains.  Hopefully soon many issues will be sorted out and it will be a great place for anyone to work.

The environment is very clean . You do the job on your own without supervision , especially if you know what you're doing . 
Now , having a Supervisor is not useful because he is the one instigating the toxic environment.  Talking to people when instead let them focus their jobs . And only those people that he likes . Like his favorites .  I hope Dupar will learn in hiring a deserving person that works with honesty and integrity.  If everyone don't care because no management watching , nothing will be done . Overall it's a good place to work . 

What is the best part of working at the company?
Small manufacturing facility.  Not too many people, noise.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Atmosphere is toxic at times.  Very much like high school with gossip and bullying.  

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Company is divided - office/plant.  Meetings are proof of that.  Production issues usually responsibility of plant workers.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Busy but manageable.  Heavy lifting at times, lots of paperwork.  Filling inventory, organizing, scanning, counting inventory.

Excellent employees and management.  Great place to work.  Hours are great, most employees work steady days.  Wages are good and increases are fair.  Work is interesting as we are a custom manufacturer of Control Panels.

Besides having no end in work to do i have no complaints to really talk about. The atmosphere is great and productive, and management is willing to help whenever possible. i would recommend this employer to anyone suitable for the type of work.

Very toxic.place to work.not a good place.lots of gossiper .theres a group of ladies here thats always finding faults on you.

I like working here most of the time but there are some people who get on my nerves. I try to be nice though. The pays not great but the benefits are OK

Friendly staff. Often not able to complete a job due to downtime or lack of materials.
Supervisor is friendly and approachable. 
Christmas party very good.
Incentives to have perfect attendance.

You work on your pace. no one rushes you .
its very comfortable environment to work at.
The co workers are very friendly and helpful.
Everyone helps each other

Dupar don't care if you can't survive  on what they pay you ..dupar moto live within your means.. Cuz we don't pay above average. No room for advancement.
