Working hours 9:00 am-5:00 pm.Responsible for the accounting entries, the Tax and legislation arrangements (VAT and further tax issues),accountable for the monthly agreements, transactions and reconciliations with banks. Ensure all accounting and financial records are kept accurately and in line with IFRS requirements and group policies.Accounts payable coordinator  and supporting credit controller with overdues monitoring.Recording and control of fixed assets (reconciliation and depreciation).Preparing a coffee in the trendy and cozy kitchen of the company for another difficult day at 9.
In a pleasant working environment I learned how to become part of a large multinational company and how to operate under stressful situations and deadlines.This was the hardest part of the job.To be accurate, effective and deliver high quality data in the first day of each month to the reporting department.
The most enjoyable part was that we combined hard work with pleasant and fun moments.

Danone is a very dynamic and progressive company operating in Southern Africa. The culture of the company is results-driven and has a work-hard-play-hard culture.

The comany committemnt to skills developmenat and training is superior to a number of companies in the industry and learning is provided in many different streams. This includes in-house training, on-the-job training, structured company training courses as well as support for external university study assistance.

The management are well respected and are a combination of local mangement and international senior mangement and executives. The vast experience and knowldege base of the EXCO team provide a solid platform for the company to grow and develop.

Majority of my co-workers enjoy the fast paced culture and dynamic nature of the business. The in tense pace and energy is a key motivator for me.

The work-life balance does occasionally require some focus, however Danone supports such adjustments and makes the recommended changes where possible.

its beyond words you have to experience it yourself to understand why the company is growing and you find young and old employees happy and excited to be apart of the company

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
At Danone you don't do repetitive work you go with the flow of the day and help out with anything that requires your attention and knowledge

I worked at Danone for 15 yrs. The CPG industry changed immensely in this 15yrs as did the leadership team. I decided to leave as the leadership team did not align with the integrity I hold servicing my customers, nor was there a true understanding of the west. 


Pros:
Great place to work with great work life balance. 
Responsibilities from the get go and huge learning opportunities.
Direct Managers willing to go the extra mile. 

Cons:
Lack of top down communication from senior management 
Lack of additional benefits
Low pay

every thing was followed by time system after every month we go for entertainment at the some of good places . i learned in this company how to respect both my jop and the time.
each one of us in this company work hard to the company becuase the benefit is back to all of members of the company from the boss to the small labourer at the company

Nutricia made you feel like part of a family even if you ( like myself) were under contract by an agency and weren't an official Nutricia employee.

Very good reputation of working environment, learning program, healthy care, etc. Encourage his employees to propose the new idea and solutions.

I've learnt the core knowledge of HR service, especially Peoplesoft. This experience opened a great door for my business career.

Enjoyed my time working for this group.  Many brilliant people to work with and a great culture.  I was exposed to international business and was given all the tools to do my job well.

the most that I liked it was the training and it was frequently. 
The point that I did not like it was the hierarchy, because did not matter how much effort, the boss freind or son gonna get the job
