In charge of creating and executing the regional sales plan and strategy for Canadian accounts
Closing deals and meeting annual sales target
Building/maintaining customer relationships (site visits, events, trade shows, etc.)
Act as a problem solver with the customers and work with engineering/operations to come out with customized solutions
Prepare encompassing offers / contractual agreement with customers (fleet solutions, value proposition, supply agreement)
Collects new product development ideas from customers
Collects and provides feedback from customers on competitor’s products
Participated in pricing strategies

I worked at Dart for almost 10 years and i can say that the majority were great. Good people, very cool products and great industry and DART took care of their people. 
 Unfortunately, like many other companies, once the company was acquired everything changed and not for the better. DART stopped caring about it's team, cut so many good people and now nothing but profits matter anymore.  Too bad.  It really was a great place to work for a long time

This is a great stepping stone to get your experience. But not a long term place to stay. Management is always changing, lots of turn overs for workers. Company only cares about numbers not the workers. You go above and beyond for them and nothing in return. People on the floor are great to work with and that’s, the only thing good about this job is the people you work with on the floor. 

Dart Aerospace in Hawkesbury is a clean and efficient company.The facilities are well equipped and the team spirit is great.

Hardware and supplies are always available to allow for proper and efficient work in the facilities.

People at all levels in the company are helpful and always very friendly.

No floaters allowed. If you work hard, take pride in your job and enjoy life in general, you’ll have a great time. Floaters, people with bad attitudes are thankfully, shown the door quickly. A great environment. Work hard, you’ll be rewarded, slack off and you’re done. Plenty of work and never be afraid to ask for help. Great team work.

Starting your career at a job that offers growth opportunities is invaluable. My current position has provided me with a strong foundation and a chance to expand my skills and knowledge. The supportive environment and the chance to take on new challenges have been instrumental in my professional development. I look forward to continuing to learn and progress in this role.

Never in my career have I ever encountered a more unhappy group of people. Toxic environment for most. Huge turnover rate and extremely disorganized. I and others who had recently started were incredibly dissapointed with their decisions to join orgnazition.

Company run by a small click whos’ sole purpose is to use employees for their own personal puposes. 

Poor leadership and confused CEO (Alain Madore). 

Leadership forsters a culture of fingerpointing and blame. Do not assume responsibility of their mistakes yet blame their employees for their own mistakes. 

I managed the quality department and was given freedom to move people to positions and manage my department for the first five years. Once management changed this freedom was no longer permitted and the day to day enjoyment was not there.

Safety first, Respect your co-worker, Ask question if you are in doubt, Good management, Working in a clean environment, Enjoyable part of the company is the events like Golf day, barbecue day and so on.
