Day to day operations aren’t problematic. The director of the company and the admin team are exceptional in their effort to assist in any problems that staff are unfamiliar with, while also informing staff on procedures. 
Work environment is very close knit, constantly in contact with other locations which offers great collaboration with problem solving or product knowledge.
Great opportunity to connect with customers beyond a surface level transaction, customers provide great insight on products and juices which are a great asset when making recommendations.
A great place for people looking for retail positions and for people who have a passion for helping people quit smoking. 

Since starting here i’ve watched them take away everything good about this place. i was lied to about juice privileges from the interview. The higher ups just always went straight for our throats if we make mistakes or don’t agree with how they are speaking to us. They literally are taking away our employee rights. They refuse to give annual bonuses because they don’t care if you’ve been here for 3 years you are going to make minimum wage! Also don’t expect a christmas party to meet and thank everyone! They must save money and cut corners anywhere possible. Please. Please. Don’t work here if you want to be treated fairly. 

fun workplace i love the management on my team they are always there to help anytime i need to i feel appreciated doing my job and when i give ideas  i feel they are taken into consideration.
i love driving during the week and working in the store where i get to interact with customers am a very people friendly person and my personality shows in and this job is truly the best ive had in a long time.

Store-level operations and day-to-day are relatively simple and easy as long as you keep on top of things. Everyone is cordial with one another, sometimes light-hearted and fun.

However, there is no room to grow in the company. High turnover. No wage increases. No compensation for hard work. A lot of goalpost shifting. 

There’s also not really any sort of actual support from upper management and is hard to get a hold of and communicate with them in the first place. 

Leadership is a disaster. The CEO and COO are completely disconnected, show zero respect for employees, and take no accountability for the toxic culture they’ve created. Staff are undervalued/underpaid and treated as disposable.

Hard work gets you nothing but more work. Promises are meaningless, and turnover is constant because people eventually realize leadership does not care. The problem is not the staff it’s the Owner and his little (literally little) minion.

Many reviews stated that the company does not provide pay increases to dedicated hard working employees. The only way you could obtain a pay increase is only if you were friends, family or attractive. I completely agree with this narrative. I would also go further to say that you would also need to be young as well. There is a great deal of preferential treatment for those who meet the criteria of friends, family or bring young and and beautiful.

Working at Dash does feel great in the beginning, it is a good environment at the store level. Upper management is hard to get to (communication wise), often times feels like you're not cared for. Wages stagnate, not really any room to progress or excel. You are given more responsibilities and work without being compensated. Can often feel cliquey and like there is favoritism.

To this day I have no idea what i am still doing there. It is a dead end job company unless you are sexually attractive or related to upper management in some way good luck getting a corporate position let alone hold it without some extra criticism.

The CEO/Owner are very nice people and I do appreciate them. I don't really approve of their choices.

CEO/Management are friendly and laidback, very helpful and responsive to your needs, co-workers were great people to work with, easy to get time off/sick days, they take mental health seriously.

Working in the lab environment with all the e-juices and DIY products was an interesting experience.

I enjoyed my time at DV, and I'm going to miss working here.

Fun work enviroment however favorites are picked by management and unfair advantages are given to select few while others get the the worst of it if they are not friends with the manager.
