I have been with the company for over 8 years, and am very happy. I have definitely learned a lot over those years.

Being a family owned business, you actually count as a person, and not just a number (you actually start to feel like family over time). There is very much a collaborative team-work mentality at this company, where different departments work together to accomplish goals. It has a very open atmosphere, with friendly people who are willing to help each other.

It is a very lively and exciting atmosphere (does not get boring), as there are always new customers, products and innovations to work with. Another great aspect is being involved and having visibility of the entire process, from conception of products to manufacturing and shipping; being closely connected to the products we produce, as well as all those involved in the process. 

It is a place where you need to work hard (which is normal), as it is fast paced. However, if you are engaged and invested in your work and in the company, you will do very well. Management is more than fair and loyal to those who put in the work.

What is the best part of working at the company?
I don’t think there is any best part of working there . You don’t know when they will fire you without letting you know.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Lots and loads of work and after working hard no one appreciates even then they’ll fire you without valuing your hard work, your time, your all efforts.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Very bad, toxic people as well as no organization or flow of work.  Very bad experienced related to the work culture even there is no professionalism related to the work.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Each and every day I faced new problem with the work, people and departments. No one wants you to grow. Who were there from long time acts as they are the owner of the company. Even the company’s owner acts or take decision based on hearing of the employees who are working from long time.

I have been working at Delon for over 2 years now and am very happy. Many employees have been with the company from 2 years all the way to 40 years! Very open and friendly people and management is open to listen and help.
Need to work hard, but that's like at any job. They reward those who go the extra mile, and after a while you start to feel like part of the family. 
Very open vulture. If someone has any questions, simply get up or turn around and ask a colleague and everyone is there to help each other.
Management is very fair and always looking for ways to make the company better and stronger.

Definitely recommended if you are a hard worker, team player, and looking to grow with a company instead growing alone seperate from a company.

Cannot trust anyone. Everyone is against each other. No coordination among the functional departments. Politics on a on-going basis. Very stressful job but not good in terms of salary. No growth and no promotions at all. Very strict in terms of weekly hours. It should not be less than 42.5 hours a week (30 minutes break every day). Seniors bully you and can make you fire if you say anything against them.

Review coding and account distribution (A/P)
Monthly accrual of Goods on board 
Maintenance of A/P and G/L accounts
Review monthly financials
Assist in month end closing
Prepare year-end files for auditors
Cheque run, wire transfers
Prepare payroll reports on hourly waged employees
Prepare employee commissions (production)
Bank reconciliations
Assist and replace Credit manager when needed
Collection calls, enter of cash receipts, and bank deposits

No permission to go to the bathroom , toxic environment and people were all the time thinking they are going to be fired as the manager mentioned it all the time . They make competition among the workers making the best toxic environment

Worst employment I’ve ever had. Wouldn’t recommend working here even at minimum wage.
Toxic environment, no respect amongst a lot of the staff. Horrible training. Not environmentally friendly and more. 

It's always fun to learn as every new day begin with it's own challenges technical or non technical. With so much exposure working with startups, I've become confident to deal with composure.

Company have no professionalism. People who are working there are there for more than 5-10 years and they are not even sure about their security. Owner have no idea how to run industry.
