Delta Force Paintball

As a marshal you can look forward to working outdoors, a lot. If you're someone that enjoys doing this, this job is definitely for you. If you're concerned about the weather, then this is probably no the job for you. It's outdoor paintball sports, which is pretty much exactly what's involved. I like working with people, I like the outdoors and I like paintball. Delta Force is open most of the year and the games are not weather dependent, so there are good days and better days!
I enjoyed meeting other like minded paintball enthusiasts and building long term friendships the most. The best part of the job is that you are involved in paintball all day and you get to show people a good time, especially people that have never done it before. The hardest part for me was waking up early on weekends but I got used to it very quickly. It's a part-time job for the most part and hours are more available during the summer (for obvious reasons I guess).

Working for Delta Force paintball is one of the best experiences I've ever had in my life. It consists of early morning starts on weekends and long hours of extremely hard and rewarding work that I wouldn't trade for the world. I have made lifelong friends working at Delta Force with the other marshals and am hoping to work my way up the corporate ladder to become a manager of my own Delta Force site. If you work hard, make yourself available and demonstrate to the manager of your particular centre that you are excellent at customer service, are extremely enthusiastic and are a natural at sales, you can find yourself with work reliably every weekend.

got promised pay for working early and spending hours helping set up before opening day, never got the pay. Any time I gave my days of availability  they wouldn't give me any hours. after about a month or so they didn't even bother asking for hours. At that point i assumed I was no longer an employee, since no one had actually talked to me or informed me if i was still working there or not.  You get a text on Monday then have to wait till Wednesday to see if you have  work for the week/weekend  but only if you get a text that day if you don't your out of luck, they need a  better scheduling system for the employees  so we can see whos working  and at least some feed back saying  your not working this weekend instead of nothing at all sitting and hoping you get that text on Monday.

Working at DF, you will gain experience with sales, customer service, and probably some construction. A very enjoyable workplace, but it helps to be a people person. A typical day goes from 0730 to 1730, but nothing about the day is repetitive, and no two days are the same. What you do in the morning is different from what you do around noon which is different from what you do in the late afternoon. From opening, to running the games, to closing down; you are always on your toes. The workdays are almost always only on weekends, and you get paid overtime which really adds up. Whether you have a passion for paintball or not, I recommend this job for all highly energetic people who like to be outside all day.

Work starts very early in the morning, and doesn't end until all the customers leave. Its a lot of work to manage everybody and maintain all the gear and equipment. Constant walks in the trees, lots of mosquitoes because of the location and you get shot at very frequently, and that does not tickle. Its a nice little facility, the "maps" are nice, and you get lots of freedoms. Most of the employees are under 20 so things do get wild at times. Overall ide say at its worst its a 1/10 and at its best 6/10, tho i do recommend you go there to play

There was lots of pressure while on the job with very little effort put into planning for staff who are working was very unprofessional

Super chill but you had to be a hard worker to enjoy working here was also very unprofessional 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Start the day cleaning and preparing for guests then you would run you’re 3 games clean everything again and head home

Though you’re working at a paintball field it’s still very much a job. There will be blood, sweat and tears. However it will be so fun and the community with the staff will be so great that I have no doubts it would be an absolute blast for anybody looking for a casual job that will keep you entertained. Also for anyone who loves the outdoors as you will be outdoors nearly all day rain or shine.

Its early morning but I love early mornings it has long shift as long as your not slacking off you don't get in trouble for doing nothing its a really fun place to work evryone is uauly very polite u do have to deal with some not so smart people that think they own the place because they paid to play and break all the rules

Super fun team to work with, would have gave them 5 stars had they paid me for my trial shift lol, super sketchy they make you feel like you got the job "I'll give you a call by Today or tomorrow's morning" and then they ghost you and never respond to phone calls. 
Be prepared to work for free, trial shifts are not paid here.

Really great culture within the company. You give to provide an amazing 5 star experience for the customers coming in on 'gamedays'. There is lots of chances for you to move all around the world with the job as well.. All you need to do is just say yes.
