Each office gets a practical administrator. The advice and knowledge they bring is outstanding, someone to look up to and will help you advance in your career. If you are willing to put in the work they will have no problem going above and beyond the call of duty. It's mutual respect and I believe in that. 
If you are struggling in any areas Dental Choice family is there for you, guides you in the right place and will always look at all options. (personal experience)

I would not choose to work for any other company, I am completely content and trust the changes and growth they provide to work and build towards a better and brighter future.

I have worked with Dental Choice for a few years now, and overall, my experience has been really positive. There are great opportunities to grow if you are willing to work hard, stay committed, and keep learning. I do feel that when you show loyalty and put the effort in, Dental Choice notices your potential and gives you chances to move forward.

One of my favorite parts has been working with my specific team. We are a strong team, we work well together, and we support each other through busy days. The training and growth opportunities have also been a big positive for me.

Like any company, there are things that could improve. Sometimes it can feel like senior leadership does not always hear what is happening at the clinic level. Communication can get stuck along the way, and if concerns are not followed up on, it can feel like there are not many other places to go with them.

That being said, I would still recommend Dental Choice to someone who wants to build a career in dentistry. It is a place where you can grow, learn, and be given opportunities if you are hardworking, loyal, and willing to put in the effort.


I've been working at Dental Choice for over two months so far and it has been a fantastic experience. The management is supportive, always open to feedback, and genuinely invested in employees' growth. The work environment is collaborative, and the company culture fosters innovation and respect. I’ve particularly appreciated the focus on work-life balance – flexible hours as per each of my 6 clinics, and the ability to work remotely one day a week. There’s also a clear path for career development, with regular training sessions and mentorship opportunities. The team here is not just skilled but also very friendly and inclusive, which makes coming to work something to look forward to. The benefits package is competitive, and the company also has many recognition programs for all staff which is an added bonus! Regardless of your work appreciation language (words of affirmation, gifts, etc), there is something for everyone! I am blown away daily by this company, and I am so blessed to get to be apart of Dental Choice. 

Dental Choice epitomizes everything wrong with corporate dentistry, driving away both employees and patients. The company operates on profit-driven goals, pressuring dentists to identify issues in patients' mouths to meet targets that boost their corporate standing and the company’s financial position. Patient care suffers significantly as financial gain takes precedence. Every employee, regardless of position, is subjected to this relentless pressure.

Upper management falls short on the training and support they claim to provide. The management team, consisting mostly of middle-aged women, behaves one way in front of higher-ups and an entirely different way with other managers, often bad-mouthing colleagues behind their backs. It's a cliquey, toxic environment. Managers are even forced to cover clinic expenses out of their own pockets before being reimbursed. Numerous issues plague this company at every level.

This company is not like it was 7 years ago. They cut your hours and send you home if you had a higher wage and had experience. They would rather take on new grads that accept less wage and use them to their advantage making them work at numerous locations so that employee can at least get some hours. They create goals that are so unattainable just so they can make large amounts of money, billing patients for as much as they can without being ethical about it. They don’t reimburse insurance companies if they over pay and aren’t honest with patients about certain things that are billed. Management is the worst I’ve ever worked with. They will use you to only how it benefits them and have fired long term staff to get rid of the high wages. They are a very POOR company to work for. I would suggest avoiding them at all costs if you are looking to be valued and appreciated for hard work and dedication.

The best part of working at Dental Choice is the supportive team environment. The staff is very friendly and helpful, which makes coming to work enjoyable. It’s a great place to grow professionally and be part of a team that truly cares about patients and each other.

The busiest days can be stressful due to the fast pace, but the supportive team environment helps manage it well.

As a dental administrator at Dental Choice I am having an incredibly positive experience. The company prioritizes patient care, ensuring every visit is seamless and welcoming. Management is approachable, organized, and genuinely invested in employee growth, offering clear communication and continuous support.This place feels like second home to me .

What truly sets this workplace apart is the team dynamic. Regional Mangers,Managers ,Coworkers are always willing to lend a hand, share knowledge, and collaborate to ensure both patients and staff have a smooth experience. The support among colleagues creates a positive and uplifting environment.

With modern systems, a focus on compassion, and a strong sense of teamwork, Dental Choice is a fantastic place to work !

Dentist turn over is really stressful on staff and patients,  their computer system is in dire need of an upgrade (or for someone to figure out how to fix all the issues)..the computer system is good for management but is horrible for receptionists, constant bugs, freezes and super slow.  Couldn't submit claims electronically for a month and then the manager was all over the receptionists about accounts... it's like management is so removed from the day to day operations they forget what it's like to work with patients in pain or have anexity.  The management is super number focused, and don't pay attention to anything else. Overall I would honestly say that there are better company's to work for that will treat their employees equally and with respect.

It’s a messed up place. Managers are like dogs just want to stay on top so don’t bother applying here if u have dental experience bcuz these low self esteem dental choice Managers will drain you take everything you know present it as their own and throw you out. Everyone competes it’s a horrible atmosphere and each location trashed the other. there’s no advancement with Dental Choice, it’s not a place I would recommend to any experienced dental assistant/admin, just a waste of time. But hey I could be wrong maybe it was just my superiors that were horrible, maybe the other ones in different locations are more human like. Anyways this place don’t work as a team and they never once disinfected the front in my entire time there I was the only one who paid attention to it. 

I was wary at first about working for a bigger company, I have only worked in dental for small, independent offices. I must say that after almost one full year, I made the right choice in choosing to work here. The people are amazing and supportive, and I look forward to coming to work every day. I worked hard and showed what I am capable of, and have had my work rewarded with not just monetary rewards, but also parties, trips and other fun things. The work life in a dental office is always going to be a little tough, but the support and people who are willing to help  from all the offices is always so inspiring. I would highly recommend working for Dental Choice.
