The best company ever I  work they was very polite and trust worthy, very helpful and very support people from the owner to all the head office include the managers and the supervisors even if somebody has no experience still they will teach you and help you and support you very honest people, and very stable company. Even they have no hesitate to support your personal life if you ask them for any help highly recommended this company to anyone if he want stable work and good place with a good people to work I have amazing experience and I will never forget their health and their support. I will appreciate it for the rest of my life from the time when I used to work with them.

I should have considered all the bad reviews at first, but I've worked for some sketchy companies before, so I thought it wouldn't be that bad.  I was on EI and I asked for a little more of that amount, but they lowballed me, promising they would teach me new things to help my resume and raise it after probation. I had to buy my own tools, (they don't provide any). Most of the experienced employees there are soon to retire and don't really care to teach you, there's very poor management and blame it on whoever they can, i got laid off  with no explanation on a day were they couldn't deliver a job. My suggestion is, if you wanna work for them don't let them underpay you, you're not going to be safe. Luckily, after they let me go I found a job that pays almost double. Know your worth.

The company offers excellent benefits including 100% health insurance coverage, RRSP match, and a supportive group of coworkers. It was a fun and rewarding place to work overall. However, one area that could improve is management — the supervisor sometimes tolerated bullying in the shop, which created challenges. The company is also very strict about punctuality; being late three times for any reason results in disciplinary action. Still, the strong benefits and good team culture make it a solid employer for many people.

What is the best part of working at the company?
If you're a part of the boys club, everything. Otherwise, nothing. Go elsewhere and get paid better, and treated better. 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
It's a mess to work there, safety is not followed properly either.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Very few women working, and if you are you're propositioned by many of the male employees. 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Just go in, do your job and go home.

people there are amazing but management and bosses are horrible.
they don't know how to run there shop and the lack of safety is nuts. there is no fall protection for working at heights. As well there is no blueprints for the job that come in. It's all done by you and if the bosses don't like it you get yelled at a lot. so please be careful working there

Family owned so nepotism is high. The management (all family members) dont know how to speak to their employees diplomatically. Favoritism of non-family members gets you far. The shop is a mess. The regular staff are amazing and fun though. There is no job security as you can be replaced easily.

It was overall a learning experience. Although it was not the most enjoyable, I did learn how to weld aluminum and steel. Steel being the most difficult to weld of the two. I learned how to Tig, Mig weld. I learned how to spot weld. I learned some fabrication of material.

Honestly the worst company I’ve ever worked at, no benefits really, management is terrible, you won’t move up because it’s family owned. If you wanna work here for a month and get yelled at by everyone then this is the place for you. I got hired as a welder first week was great then my second and 3rd week I was cleaning and organizing the shop 

From the moment I was hired I knew I wasn’t gonna be there long everyone is a jerk and the Managers all hate eachother and are never on the same page the whole place is unsafe and they’ll blame you the second anything happens cause nobody takes accountability 


Fast-pace but reasonable. A ton of upward momentum if you're willing to learn. Management will take the time to train you properly and everyone in the office is friendly and great to collaborate with.
