I was excited to start my merchandising job with Devrew. I was given training content through email and through the team viewer app, and the training seemed pretty straight forward. After completing the training I waited for two weeks for them to see the training completed but no response. I phoned them to inform them of the training completion and then I was assigned the calls.

It seemed straight forward at first; go into the assigned store, do the work assigned then go out, but turns out, not quite as straight forward as I thought.

On a specific assignment I was supposed to fill a certain section, but upon arriving I was informed that I didn't have permission to do the said work as that was the responsibility of the store associates and the store was completely clueless about the assignment.

On another assignment there was a job assigned for above 12 hours and upon mentioning how hard this would be to complete alone they suggested bringing in friends or family to help do the job and then paying me only. Pretty sure this is not legal by any means.

I was also supposed to contact a vendor regarding a particular reset, but then was ghosted after two messages, and even for the payroll login, they didn't give the complete info so I'm clueless about the paystub.

Aside from that, they are accommodating to an extent, but the execution and organization of thier company is atrocious.

I have worked part time for Devrew for a number of years, they are always accommodating to my time, dedicated to providing the best service to the client as well as accommodating the needs of the stores they service. As long as you read the instructions for each job, the assignments are relatively easy to follow and office staff are available to answers questions. Your cell phone has an app to upload and download your calls, very intuitive. Some assignment regions are better than others, I have country routes which are some of the best and have a travel allowance.

This is a great part time job. The hours are flexible, and the work is straight forward. Any questions or concerns I have had were quickly answered. The people in the office are friendly and very helpful. 

The pay is fair and competitive with the other merch companies I worked with. 

Once you get to know your store and areas there is so much flexibility

Great place to work with work life balance prioritized. Very understanding management. Open to give feedback and suggestions. Colleagues are very helpful and work together to achieve the goals, always ready to guide and train whenever necessary.

The hours given where horrible. If your lucky you maybe get a few hours a week. If your uncomfortable doing a certain job they will take all of your work away until you complete it or quit. Don’t waste your time with these small merchandising companies.

The monthly payment doesn't make the job worth it. The company should consider biweekly or weekly pay to keep merchandisers on. I would work for them again if payment was different

I enjoy working for Devrew.  Perfect for someone looking for a little extra money.  You choose when you would like to complete the calls sent to you.  Management are very understanding and always there when you need them.


the work is varied and stress free. Flexible hrs throughout the week. You have more than enough time to complete all store visits. Management is always available and supportive.

Great place and people to work with flexible hours great work life family life balance. Great clients great information given to complete work just a great company overall.
