* Receive Service calls for the day or continue calls from day before, start with admin work,. ( update hours, expenses, get part status update and coordinate with customers ) run calls during the day and update the system with the work done.

* Learned to work under customer pressure, latest technology in the market.

* Great direct management, rely to forward escalations and admin work.

* Great Teamwork, if there is something I know about this company is that your team will always be there for any situation you walk into.

* Hardest part of the job is to be able to resolve a situation ( personally ) I know how to walk into a customer at 5 pm and walk out of there the day after rebuilding a server and a corrupted database. cases like this are seen through the year. 
 
 * The satisfaction of the job done is my most enjoyable part of the job along with the learning experience that systems that are build by diebold are very big and with hundreds of integration and customization. for me is a job I love to do just as it will be a hobby

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
DN operates globally and with many projects having coss function team members located all over the world, planning meetings to accommodate everyone can be challenging.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Great work place, fun activities, inclusive  and respectful.

A typical workday is fast-paced.  Multi-tasking skills are an asset here and a good basic technical understanding of PC is an asset  but not a requirement.  Systems sold and supported by this company run on a PC platform.   English with a good practical knowledge and use of French is  an asset.  Workplace is friendly and cooperative for the most part .  Management is goal-oriented.  Fair salary.

Hardest part was the lack of human training, all online.
Management was not approachable. 
Culture was fun and inviting. 
Innovation and projects were the best part of the job. Such an exciting company, just bad HR and leaders.

my work consist of many operations at the same time.

I have a very good relationship with management and co-workers the hardest part of this job is correcting all the mistakes all my co-workers make, I close every day and clean out all the mistakes made in a day.

Remote work, work life balance , benefit is good.
Very bad training and super micro management, supervisor stick an eye on you to monitor your every move. As an sunset industry / company, it always has  organization restructuring and layoff is always happening.
I am not recommending it to my friends.

This company has had some financial difficulties but is on the rebound.  I enjoyed my 5 years working there and the oregano I left is that I was unable to live on my salary.  I had to look for a higher paying job but I would recommend this company for people that can survive on the salary they pay

The job is not too difficult but they should do a better job at training new employees, it sucks that they can change your schedule at any time and will not approve vacation request during busy times such as christmas etc. Pay is also kind of low
