Management doesn't care about the employees, they are only interested in profits. Hours are exhausting 11 hour days,  and you work every weekend. Bonus' too high to achieve on purpose and can be changed at any time. Once 5 days prior to end of month so that they wouldn't have to pay out. The marketing uses you too... example 2 for 1, the cost of the free item comes from the employees pocket, as every time you sell it they deduct from your pay. You have benefits but you are usually too tired to use them. Commissions only so they open store after store with the bonus money not paid out. Beware of wolves in sheep's clothing.

The salary is very good, commensurate with performance and excellent ongoing training.

The number of hours given is far too many per week. (48 hours per week) 10am to 9pm, 3 days a week.

It is a good place to work in term workers growth and development in line with company policies and customers satisfaction.

There is no any stress working in the company, because SOP  standard are followed.

Excellent and beautiful working environment.  It's part someone second home  away.

This company will take you far as it is a career, not a job.  They educate, train, help, direct and mentor you through it all.   You get paid work shops that are educational and fun, you can become the very best at what you do. The company is very generous with bonuses and contests, long story short, you can do really well there if you follow the process.  Always at the cutting edge with their products.

I work in a delivery department. Usually, the day is spent in the truck with a driver. I have learned skill of great customer service, punctuality. All of my coworkers are friendly and experienced people. The hardest part of the job is long hours and different schedule. The best what i like about it is you can take a vacation or day off whenever you want.

Management is filled by small men with infatuated egos unable to plan anything to save their lives and will actively put down the workers and will always attempt to throw us under the bus for their own shortcomings. If only the ones managing would listen to their workers, this could be a good place to work. Unfortunately that's not the case

Needing a day off is no issue however long days, working every weekend, unreliable company- doesn’t follow laws and workers regulations (have had to argue to have proper rules in place regarding pay, hours, etc  some managers are greedy and unwilling to help us grow

Dormez vous is a company that provides itself on its culture.

I moved around to different stores which gave me an opportunity to meet with and learn the different way the sales people sold the different items.

Dormez-vous is a great place to work with, they are helpful. I had a great time working for them but at the time that my year came by to get permanent. The company started to make more stores and didn`t need so many people to work at the time.
