Used to be a good company until the founder/CEO left.  New management has been focusing on growth through acquisitions ever since.  Everything is just numbers.

So many people make miracles happen all the time, yet only sales, marketing, and management ever get the praise.  There is no bonus pay to the workers who bust their chops on a daily basis.  They don't even have perks or swags for anyone outside of those three groups, yet they want you to feel proud working for the company.

There are also no growth opportunities or career advancement within the company despite all the empty promises management would make about retaining in house talents.  If you don't have certain skills, rather than giving you a chance to learn, they would simply sack you then turn around and look for a replacement externally.

And being an IT company, management somehow wants to run it like factories where the hours are rigid.  That's not how most IT companies function.  It does more harm than good by killing morale and productivity.

The environment is very much like a wild jungle. There is absolutely no training. Each person is left on their own to figure out their position and how to mold into each department. The moral is always extremely low and the management staff backstabs each other and the employees. Horrible, toxic and very unhealthy environment to work in.

Career growth is key for everyone, working here allows employees to achieve career goals and get to where they would like with the assistance of their team leads, managers and peers.
A fun environment full of energetic and dedicated staff. There is always lots of work to be done, having a great team by your side makes it even better.

Doxim is a good team to work with. Some of the managers are not "people person" oriented so it depends on what department you are working in. Other than that, the staff got a long great and it has alot of flexibility.

Small company that apply the newest technology - ECM and BPM for the monthly statements - e document for banks and credit unions.
A very good Customer Support, Production team as well as the UAT team.

Company is moving towards a more agile environment. While there have been a lot of shakeups and layoffs it appears that the company is starting to find there footing again. 

Rarely had to work overtime/weekends.

Everyone is beyond miserable working at Doxim. Horrible work culture combined with high stress, poor work life balance. No opportunities for advancement unless you are in the “favoured” group. High staff turnover.

busy work day without management focus and value for work.  Teams lack cohesion and are disconnected. Management is approachable but lack direction. Some team members don't like to mix with others.
