What is the best part of working at the company?
If you want to be treated with disrespect and treated like a child this is the place to work

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Management only hires her friends. It's the most uncomfortable place to work as every single higher in there is personal friends.  not professional at all. Then you have the admin assistant Who sends chats to her other coworkers talking bad about her employees. very toxic and unprofessional environment. You will be told by the hiring manager as well that you don't require experience working there. 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Awfull, such an uncomfortable place to work

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Data entry They hold you back from anything bigger than what you're doing

Immature top management. Childish, arrogant and out of touch with reality.

HR Department just forward the issues to other department to solve it. HR really good on passing the buckets of responsibilities.

Gossip, betrayal and stabbing on the back culture. No clear company policy and yet management acting like a hot shot.

Management just hiring so many people but they don't have intention for employees retention. Company just like revolving door, employees come and go very fast.



If you aren’t from Adesa or the competition forget about joining this place, they only want to hurt the competitors by taking their employees  but dont back up their word. Very poor teamwork and very toxic company that makes promises to get you to join but don’t do what they say. Top of the company isn’t the same as it was before going public. Much better companies out there. 

Great place to work if you're new in the automobile industry. The team is supportive and accommodates your queries to help you learn better. The time flexibility and work encourage individuals to be more productive and dedicated.

Despite touting a new, fair auction, they have different rules for different dealers. The large dealers get whatever they push for while the small ones are shoved aside. Try and treat everyone as equals, and they won’t stand behind you as the employee. 

A company that puts the employees first and treats everyone with respect and values imput from the experience of their previous professional careers. 

Good gig for people with initiatives and likes working without supervision. Semi-remote work, trips and travel are paid for. You get to see a lot of  sights and literally paid to travel.

Eblock is a well organized and having a great goal to provide proactive professional service.
Really enjoy working here and accompanying company’s growth.
