Each restaurant has different management but the corporate office is horrible. You are treated as a robot where they don't care about your welfare and only cares about money. They won't even provide the right equipment so they could save money plus if there don't hire supervisor and put all the stresses and workload to the staff.  Also, for the office don't expect that your files (any employment letter) will be emailed/mailed/delivered to you in at least 7 business days they won't acknowledge your requests instead expect that you will NEVER received it unless you contact them everyday through their personal contact number which is so unprofessional.

A very challenging job to work with everyday.  In every job its not always about the things they teach every staff but the learnings you gain from the company's standards procedures and how you dwelt with it everyday in different kind of situations.  Everyday is a learning experience.  You will gain knowledge in every persons you work with and its all up to how you adopt and improve yourself to be productive.  The most interesting about my job is working with different kind of people, learning different strategies, improving my self professionally and serving our customers with great enthusiast.

I'm currently working in Tim Hortons Medicine and were having volume of customers daily but because of our team work we satisfy our customers in terms of product quality, speed of service,cleanliness and hospitality. This is a great place to have   some fun and to gain more knowledge especially in terms of restaurant management service experienced which reflects a good achievements in our restaurants.

No one care about you or about your life/work balance. 
Can't have expectations if you come here. 
You will be "owned" until the last minute.
If you have an approved vacation, but something comes up at the location... well.. too bad. Oh you already paid for the hotel and the flight. But the operations. 

Just go somewhere else. 
If you are a 16years old kid, sure whatever, for a 1st job, fine.

a very busy, past faced restaurant with a friendly and hospitable staff. We serve customers accurately in a friendly manner. we make sure we give customers ALWAYS FRESH coffees and food.

Each day is a very happy day. friendly co workers from different countries with different cultures. for my past 3 years of working there  i learned a lot, specialy as a leader.

its fun to work with the team even if its busy. there are times that work get stressful but working together as team is what gets us through the day and i think that whats important

we got bonus every 15 days, if we dont have lates or absents and complete uniform, and in summer we have barbeque party and christmas party, bowling party in spring
