The production workers that work here are generally hard-working, respectful and friendly. Most of the team leaders and seniors here are knowledgeable, professional and provide adequate training. My day to day work is fast paced, however most of the machines we use are quite old and are poorly maintained.

The management team here have absolutely no regard for the mental and physical health of employees. Concerns about well-being and safety are neglected by the management team that only focus on production numbers. When the production requirements are not met, they shift the blame to the work ethic of the employees without checking the potential causes.

HR is utterly ineffective at investigating complaints and disputes among coworkers. Complaints and concerns brought forward about team leaders and management specifically will be dismissed and brushed aside. After these complaints are brought forward, the work environment soon becomes very unwelcoming and hostile.

There are many issues with their payroll and accounting team. They are unbelievably inefficient, slow and disorganized. None of these issues seem to have been addressed since I have started working here and the issues are happening more and more frequently nowadays. 

If you do decide to work here, make sure you document everything and read up on your rights! If they make you any promises, make sure you have it in writing. Don't let them bully you, and please SPEAK OUT when you see or hear conduct that's unacceptable.

What is the best part of working at the company?
Some of the people that have been with the company 20+ years are very welcoming and genuinely care about the well being of the team.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Slave driving management that shows little to no regard for the production team’s mental and physical health, and do not respect the work people put in. Management also likes to try to bully people to leave. 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Toxic as most the management have a mind only for production

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Start of the week can be very busy, end of bc the week often has few work orders

I have a great job in ecco I’m a leadhand or team leader but i help people in my dept.on destributing PPE for their safety and i also help operators to run the machine specially in pipe coz lately pipe demands are too high and operators can’t catch up the needs of the customers.as a previous pipe operator i know how to run and filling the products properly and efficiently in a fastest way to make production.aside from that i help the production planner to plan the weekly priorities on pipe to meet the demands of the clients and compete to others competitors 

At Ecco Mfg i learn a lot of things. They have a good workers that i easy to communicate with and very nice people.The best department that you want to to be working,which is their CNC department there are a lot of machinery experience that you can learn on how to fabricate the product like Laser cutting process,Punch press and Bending the products. I enjoy working at Ecco Mfg but i need to move on to another stage.

What is the best part of working at the company?
Doing my tasks such as billing, order entry, filing.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Coworker made my days miserable

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
the environment was very toxic.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Days were quite busy.  A little stress at times.

Overall, ECCO Manufacturing is a great place to work.  They have great hours, pay is reasonable, benefits are good, work is stable and the people here are great!  The only thing that ECCO is lacking in is a culture.  There really isn't any extra curricular work activities. But beyond that I recommend ECCO as a great place to work.

From all appearances its a good place to work.  Was told that the shift work was rotating and asked to make sure it was clarified that it was a rotating shift.  I do have other commitments that can be worked around if it was rotating.  But found out after the fact that it wasn't and now had to move on.

fun to work in busy company, learn how to communicate well and cooperation in your co workers. great mannagement and had a lot of benifits. my co workers had fun to work with. hardest part of the job if your machine sometimes didn't work. the enjoyable part is when you accomplish your work orders and finnish it without a problem..

Good manufacturing company at first but pay raise and growth is just the issue specially when the union took over. The pay raise was controlled  with the pandemic hitting, the prices of commodities became higher but the pay remained. The raise is just covering the union fees. 

Good company, great people was able to do my work in a focused environment. Office seemed a little unorganized and behind on filing all there paper work. Over all great company wish it wasn’t a temporary position.
