EDA is very focused on customer service and solutions, employees are treated fairly and with respect.
Family atmosphere, and appreciation is always provided, letting employees know they are doing a good job, and when mistakes happen, the employee is not punished, instead the time is taken to explain the mistake and how it could have been done differently.

Would strongly recommend EDA Mechanical as a workplace. Tons of opportunity to learn and grow within the organization. Multiple other companies reside within the building. Lateral movement between each company is also an option.

You get a lot of support  and encouragement  plus all the parts that you need. .supervisor is knowledgeable and care about you as an individual and cares about your family.. front office is great when you need purchase orders

The workplace is a fast paced and fun atmosphere, and everyone is great to work around. The company/management gives me a chance to work on interesting projects and initiatives, and I feel like I am contributing to our collective success.

I work remotely but still feel like I am part of the team. Very supportive of my need for a flexible work schedule to accommodate my spouses recent health struggles. Really good place to work!
