Typically laid back work environment, with very friendly staff and management. Learning on the job was fine, like how to serve a table both casually and high end service. Also learned how to make fancy drinks for customers and create a organized, well communicated workplace for other staff. Managmnet is quite willing to accommodate requested days off, but there is little to no room for advancement. Workplace culture is extremely friendly, even outside of work, new employees were bound to make new friends with current staff. Hardest part of the job would most key be lunch/dinner rushes, they can become stressful if communication isn't a priority.

They make the experience enjoyable and challenge you to increase your quality of work. 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Getting things done before tournaments can be a little bit tight for time. 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Very friendly and incorporative.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
You get up early you do some honest work in the quiet morning and head home for a free afternoon and evening.

If you are willing to wake up by 5am in the summer, and enjoy being outdoors this is the job for you. Working at the golf course increased many of my skills including autonomy and provided me with many opportunities to learn practical outdoor skills.

Thoroughly enjoyed working here.
Early shifts, even earlier weekend shifts, sometime split shifts.
Room for learning experiences with equipment, knowledgable trainers.

Lazy staff but good place to work. Very long hours for serving 
The Members were nice and lots of big events. The place is run more of a banquet than an restaurant. Management was good. Food was good.

Can be worked hard occasionally when certain tasks need to be done by a certain time but for the most part the work environment is quite laid back and relaxed.

The management is worst to work for .
No honesty towards its employees.
Don’t even bother about human values.
Every 6 months they will change policies.
Not even a trustworthy management or staff out there.

They say they care but they don't. If you get injured they will only do the bare minimum and then hang out our to dry. There are clear favorites amung staff. The big bosses have giant ego's. 

The people working there are generally really easy to get along with. Job isn't bad if you have another seasonal job lined up. There's a few functions in the off season, but that's about it.

I'd only recommend working here if you're a student. You learn skills and build a work ethic however you will not find a life long career. It's very limited as far as opportunities go.
