What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Since 2019,I didn't felt something stressed here,even I returned after my abroad,they automatically accept me me and gave me a job.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Healthy environment,working as team work and healthy brotherhood.

This a kind of company most people like,in my experienced,they all shoulder like salary in times of pandemic.

A company that trains to become a better you in your field of endeavor/s. You can choose to work national / local; or to work abroad.
Work pressure/demand (there are always time constraints and unpredictable logistical problems) is always there in order to give the best company service to the clients (you need to deal with it. It's nothing personal).

The company has huge pride in all its completed projects in all building and infrastructure projects in the Philippines making it one of the top companies there. The people you work with are very professional and approachable so it is very conducive for learning. Job security is never an issue because of their vast projects lined-up in all field of construction.

EEI is a contruction company known for its quality projects. Builds towers, infrastructures, condos, etc. locally and internationally. There is a good training experience that would really advanced an individual's capabalities and skills.  The people here are nice and approachable. Like other companies, there are lot of benefits like health benefits, vacation and sick leaves, etc.

This was a training ground for those without experience in engineering. Each department has its own training before giving assignment to the hired employee. At site, the day were started with tool box meeting. All workers follows safety precautions from wearing safety PPE. Every year they conduct sports fest for the employees extra curricular.

learn to adopt different kind of culture. learn to be friendly. hardest part of my job is when somebody got injured during working hours. the most enjoyable part is all the employee are friendly.

The employer is a good offer salary. Evey morning Tool box meeting the QuaLity of work very strick.my 12 years experience in this company. Im very thinkful because my knowledge is from this company. 

Work as a Site Engineer and also in Office. It is a good experience working in this company as management is very supportive to its staff. Benefits are also good and working procedures are standards.

All workers are humble and friendly they teach you if you want to learn another skills but not in working time if you a free time they teach you.and all safety is okay for us..it's safe to work
