The job it self is easy and the manager is really great and helpful but the QAs and trainers need to learn to speak with respect there very picking in who they like and talk behind your back. They don't have any level of professionalism either this can be due to lack of education regardless the job and manager are great

The work place culture overall is nice the management is good and very helpful the only thing is the job was stressful ( depending on what department you’re in) and the pay is not enough for the things you have to handle, however overall it’s a ok place to work.

Nicely located. Good atmosphere. Health benefits with time. Lenient management. Job not too harsh. Very redundant work, but it is expected with call centers. Not much wage advancement.

I loved working with NCO. Their was a lot to learn and i had a great opportunity to become a member of the management team. I had great mentoring. The salary was just average
