Was pressured to join as they were in a need of help.
floor staff are great though bitter as there is no change. 
Company stuck in a dictatorship in the 60's.  The golden years are over.
They do not update any of their tools. They keep talking about new tools and robots but never deliver.
Building falling apart with gas leaks. Electrical issues. unbearable heat.
I would not recommend this place to anyone. Chicken catching is better for you with better pay.

Making electrical contacts out of various metals and loading into boards and very hot furnaces. Extremely dirty place to work. 
    As a lead hand I learned how to deal with people even at their most difficult moments.
    Management's failure to communicate from office to factory is atrocious.
    The atmosphere was generally good as far as the employees went. They were all pretty good team players.
     Hardest part was dealing with furnace blow outs and sometimes ammonia leaks,
     The most enjoyable part was that we could talk or listen to music as long as it wasn't affecting our production.

Management from the top down is amazing. Very supportive and approachable. Always room for advancement within the company. The hours are long but the work is steady. They have many ways of showing appreciation and acknowledgement to their employees and you definitely feel valued. Opportunities to continually train online. Cons; some team leads need more training in communication and instruction. Overall a great company to work for if you have an exceptional work ethic and like to be part of a team. 

A typical day at work starts with a morning meeting to ensure everyone has an understanding of the priorities for the day. I learned that time management is critical in order to achieve goals each day. Management was always willing to lend a hand to explain and teach new methods. Team work is critical. The hardest part of the job was waiting for parts to be able to complete orders. Every day was enjoyable and I worked with a great bunch of people.

if you're looking for a position where you will constantly be discriminated against, disrespected, and not valued than this is the place for you. you'll find all that here and more.  none of the regular effort put into your work is valued and extra effort is seen as a threat to someone else's job.  this place operates under typical high school "mean girl" clichés.  if you're not in the popular group you're out.

They put everything ahead of people. They dont fix things. A couple of managers run the show for some reason. Owner doesnt see it. His faith in the wrong people will kill the company

During my employment I have been able to gain many areas of experience working with a diverse
clientele. Committed and motivated Customer Service Representative with gaining knowledge of quoting. Learning exceptional negotiating and decision making skills. Strong work ethic, professional demeanor and great initiative.

I am quite enjoying the work experience and environment at ECL.

I find the office crowd to be very cheerful and welcoming, I feel great that I could reach out for resources and help when I needed it.



At ECL everyone was treated equal. We were trained on a wide variety of jobs. My self I worked my way up to junior mechanic/set up. I love learning new jobs and always bettering my education.

At the start it was. But lately it's not.  Voicing your opinion is not what this coming wants. Being tgere awhile. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Dont have a choice of OT. And dont get to spend time with family. And Working different shifts can be tiring.
