What is the best part of working at the company?
Casual dress and very chill atmosphere, some co-workers were friendly and open to communication, parking was never a problem.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Some staff were difficult to communicate with - not very open in sharing information or poor English language abilities.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Easy going...easy to get along with most staff, average in terms of everyone pitching in their best work or effort, no micromanaging.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
come in, do your work, take regular breaks, go home on time...overtime rarely needed for my role

At Encom I am consistently given the opportunity to learn which has resulted in exponential growth within my field. I feel that I am continuously working towards my future and that I am heard and valued for my efforts within the company. This team feels very comfortable, fun, and relaxed all while remaining engaging and collaborative. Encom is serious about working towards a better future for the company and the people who represent it. I feel that teamwork and honesty is greatly valued by the Encom Management Team. Encom Wireless currently has a very strong team that reflects their core values, and I am very proud to be a part of it.

What a fun place to work at… the people are great and the values are relatable.  Making the customer number one is something all companies should focus on.  It is valued to speak your mind and feedback is encouraged and responded to.     The new product lineup and corporate strategy for products is exciting to see.  While some changes have been made the new team that has been developed is looking strong and new engineering talent is impressive.   

Exciting times ahead for this growing company.   I am happy to be a part of this team!

At Encom I feel my opinions and recommendations are listened to and valued. The Management team has the company values posted and they all live by them and have the same expectation of everyone on the Encom team. I have worked with companies in the past that post values but are far from living them. Encom has been the best experience I’ve had and look forward to helping this company grow. 

Management is nice, good place to work in your 50s to retirement. Rebuilding of company name, identity, a team culture, company direction, products. You either drink to fit in or hide in your office. 

Overall an easy going, friendly team and decent management. The day to day was very slow paced and often times felt very isolating and lonely as communication was not the best. Good place to work as an older employee to retirement, not if you want an exciting, innovative and fast-paced work atmosphere.

If the company will survive so slow that you wonder why they need so many people

Just shut up dont say nothing and youll be ok

I dont want to say otherwise I'll be fired

I am thrilled to be part of the new management team at Encom Wireless.  The company is now focused on growth and I have been given the opportunity to help define, plan and execute our new strategy.

I find that the environment is remarkably relaxed, and the company provides an excellent work/life balance.

Communication between departments was some of the best that I have seen at any place that I have been. Sales and product development teams are top notch.
