Wage is fixed at minimum wage with zero raises, told directly by the CEO,

Workplace is toxic and management promotes competitiveness instead of teamwork, which makes it extremely stressful as a job and praise is extremely rare despite best efforts,

Proper training was not provided to me which was detrimental to my performance and cost me the job in the end, 

Off-putting sales tactics constantly having you question your moral compass



Training on very poor notion basis.
No plan of training, random schedule of training changes.

Poor day activities communication and planning.

Not allowing staff time to share their views and inputs.

I WOULD NEVER EVER WISH ANYONE TO EXPERIENCE WHAT I SAW IN THIS EXTREMELY POOR MANAGED COMPANY. Can't believe this exists in Canada!

I really enjoyed working there but the only bad thing is no chance for moving up the ladder or any where else, other than that it was great place.  One guy wasn't liked but it was all good.

All Supervisors and Managers are buddies and no one else gets hours or any recognition.
Employees are sourced out from manpower  by to fill jobs that full time guys could do but doesn’t happen and you starve, unless you are buddy buddy with the managers 


good company to work for treats employees with respect and honesty always making sure that theirs enough ppe available always have tool box talks before starting shifts

Good job pay is good also  long hours  long days and long lengths of time away.usually around 3 months,a great crew to work with .which is always a bonus being on the road so much.

I enjoyed working for envirosystems very fast past. Well working job. It was very interesting cleaning the tanks and cooling towers. something I would be interested in doing again.

Was treated fairly. Can be stressful, driving a truck around an oil refinery can stress you a little  do your job, pay attention to surroundings and you’ll succeed in this wrk environment

it was a good place to start out and learn and develop new skills. Great for someone starting out in the work environment. The people were very positive and encouraging

Some management were ok, but a lot of them were misogynistic and old. They placed no value on office staff work life balance and only gave raises if you threatened to quit
