I enjoyed my stay in Epam, management is very friendly. You need to be competitive in order to get placed on a client project. However, no pressure from management while on bench doing different local jobs. Earning leading industry certifications is encouraged a lot, and supported financially by the company. Overall a good place to brush your skills and earned up to date certifications.

The leadership team is stellar and all the colleagues that I met there were fantastic.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
There was no specific part of the work that was stressful with the exception of our team in Eastern Europe, specifically Ukraine, who were impacted by the Russian invasion. 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Normal 9-5 with occasional overtime.

I was happy to work here. The salary could be better. Strong management. Interesting projects. Career path. Good benefits. Work-life balance. Opportunity to work with teams across the globe. Opportunity to learn languages and take certifications. Nice learning kit. It's hard to relocate with the company. Overall a very nice place to work. If I had a chance I'd continue to work here.

Managers are not responsive with lack of communication and planning. Example: they introduced new process but nobody knows how it works. This is not planned well, not communicated well.

Excellent company to start a career from junior to mid and senior. The friendly environment and the benefits are fair, but not very good. But it is tough to increase your salary, even if you work hard.

The best place where I’ve been working. Good corporate culture and competitive enough compensation. Good management stuff, that helps you with your onboarding journey and further work
