Good place at the beginning of my employment with them but once they feel you are trained enough for the big presses look out! Outdated unsafe presses and the amount that is expected of you is completley unrealistic when compared to the wages they offer 
16 dollars to start and probably take you another 15 years to get 20 if they dont fire you before then.

No stress truly a wonderful place to work 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Family owned business very well run they really appreciated the staff 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
When you got to work we always had a  meeting to start the shift so everyone knows what they're doing for the night

I completed a 4 month co-op placement with ETBO. From the very beginning everyone was very helpful and friendly. Most people were always in a great mood, even on Monday mornings.
I learned a lot while I was there, which is what I was looking for while searching for a co-op placement.

Every day I worked on same equipment. It was extremely monotone and boring. I learned how to properly use heavy shop machinery. The management was very unreliable and rude. The workplace culture was very uninviting and unhelpful. Lifting heavy parts off and on production lines was the hardest part of the job. I did not enjoy this job, however it was a good experience.

Worked afternoons, great team to work with, management doesn’t problem solve. Night washline leader disappeared 80% of the time and got upset when we couldn’t do work we needed them for. Repetitive. HR is great and responsive, however none of the problems we had when I was there got solved. 

When it was brand new 60 years ago even there newer presses do t work properly no safety measures. Deserves to have the labour board called on them honestly! Dont work here if you want a stress free job avoid at all costs ne or give raises if they do expect a whopping 10 cents lol leaving here was the best thing I ever did

- great management
- good coworker culture and atmosphere
- decent hours
- no swing shift
- family oriented
- hard work, incentive, and motivation is rewarded
- owner knows most employees on a first name basis

This company does as little as possible for their employees and to management you are only a number 
Example ...raises are given at best in increments of 5 cents
Bereavement leave for a family member is one day 

 Afternoon washline leader like to make people cry and yells alot
Upper management could do more to support workers
Hard work is not rewarded and they tend to promote people with zero regard to experience

Excellent people with great personalities, but huge expectations for the pay and promises of advancement and careers, are never kept. Too many broken promises
