Easy but hard work 12 - 14 hour days lifting 50lb to 100lbs of hardware, repetitive work that must be done with care for accurate seizmic reading dangerous risk of injury from slips, falls, wildlife, weather working under hot days and cold days below -30. Working in crews of 3 - 4 makes the day much better making friendships walking 5-12 km a day breaking, eating and laughing together makes work a life to live but beware of your surroundings you only as strong as the weakest member of your crew.

The crew boss yelling and being treated bad all of them do that and they will give you a date for work and not tell you that it's delayed

Verbally abused every single day by everyone

Lots of fun. Super long hours. Great people to work with. You don't make a lot of money but you work OT everyday and they take care of you while out there. If you are in a camp they you get the wish list where you can get anything you want. If you are in a hotel you get hotshot everyday for food. Management is great. If you have an issue they are there to help. Its like a huge family. Love the time i had up there but it is a single persons life and i could not stay any longer.

Worst management of any seismic company I’ve ever worked for and I’ve worked seismic for 20 years.
Working out of small towns where 
restaurants etc close at 8pm there was absolutely no regard whether
crew was in town early enough to eat or not. Just one example of many how management had no care whatsoever for the crew. 
Eagle does have one crew “Snoopy’s” 
crew and was the best crew I ever worked on!  But overall they suck as a company!!

I had a bad experience with eagle. I was sent back for a non existent injury and had told them that i was fine and the doctor had said i was fine. I was reffered the job from an ex girlfriends mother and when we broke up the management spread rumers to her family about drugs and being fired.  I was getting messages from her when i was still working that day.  To this day i get messages for work but i message back and get no reply.

What is the best part of working at the company?
You get decent hrs with decent pay.  accommodations and travel paid for.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Sometimes you work hard 
And driving responsibilities if your a approved driver 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Friendly .usally a well seasoned crew with lots of knowledge if you ever needed a answer just ask.

They pay for everything once you’re in eagles care and they have benefits and programs to help struggling employees! The management team is amazing and treat you like family from day one!

There were times of the year that were busier than others. Winter was very busy and very stressful. Everyone in the office was curt and stressed so not a fun place to be. In the summer it was so slow that there was nothing to do for seven and a half hours of the day.

These guys have lots of work and you don't need much experience to work here they will train you and send you for your first aid and h2s alive and pay you to do the course. They give raises every year or when you get to be shooter or trouble shooter it's a fun job

Eagle Canada is a good place to work at I worked there for 7 or 8 years I enjoyed my time there I met a lot of nice people there I enjoyed my time in Calgary for 13 years Calgary was good to me sorry I got sick and had to give up going to Calgary
