What is the best part of working at the company?
Overall the working vibes were pretty good, especially back-up each other was great experience.  Always give you a feeling you are a important source of the team.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Depends on the events,  really required professional attitudes and skills in time.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Wonderful,  full with energy and respect each others.

Working for Eagles Nest was fun. They do take the time every couple months to organize team events for all departments. It's a good place to work for the most part. Sometimes management does not care to protect its employees, but rather the hair on their own head. Complaints are not taken seriously by upper management.

Not loyalty for hard work.
Dish pit is very small for the amount of funtions that are held every day.

Not easy ascess in a public transportation

Funtions finish late and getting home is spensive by cab. 
Most of seasonal workers are students, with not transportation.

I worked there during and a year after finishing culinary school, and I learnt a lot and the hours were great for also being a full time student.
The wages were low, but there was a tip out every 3 months, (worked out to an extra $1-2 per hour)
All the Chefs and cooks there will take time to teach you and everyone is great.

Eagles nest is a great place to work, the hours are somewhat sporadic at times but overall the same as most other kitchen jobs. The people that i work with are amazing they will teach you if you ask them about anything and everyone is great to work with.

At Eagles Nest golf club the chef and his Sous chefs treats people differently,  and it's so obvious!!! No respect for cooks at all what so ever. 
No training involves, and basically you learn on your own and by asking your co-workers. That is why they have high turn over. I don't recommend any body to work for them.

My job at Eagles Nest was great.  I got to work with cars which I love, and my boss quickly became a good friend of mine.  The environment was professional yet fun, organized and easy going. I never stressed when coming to work other than when I knew we were going to be incredibly busy.

the chefs have big egos, and a couple are temperamental as well. you're also not allowed to disagree with the chefs.

how well you are treated is directly tied to your level of performance. 

minimal training is provided. if you are inexperienced don't expect to be babysat: you better figure it out fast.

high turnover. 



The staff is friendly and outgoing the work can become fast paced and things can be stressful under pressure but, overall a good learning environment. The chef's are willing to guide you as long as you are willing to learn

Only managerial staff will stay in fulltime, and it is an struggling hospitality sport in a world that needs agricultural land this, rather than a golf course; I am sure people care for the game but is old rich people club.
