I applied to Earthform roughly 10 years ago, and I am still with the company today. Earthform has given me the necessary tools and training to grow my career within the Landscape Construction Industry. Over the years I have seen many improvements and advancements. I have worked my way up the ladder within the company. Earthform puts a significant emphasis on a positive work environment, and values the Staff’s opinions on company culture. It is almost like being a part of a sports team, if everyone on the team gets a long and works toward the same goal, great things happen. If you see the good in everything, enjoy constant feedback and communication from management, and want to grow your career with above average wages, myself and the rest of our current staff would love to see you come join our team!

As an earthform Employee you feel Undervalued and unappreciated by management, Their inability to listen to their employees makes for a very frustrating work environment. Jobs are disorganized with a complete lack of design, material, information and equipment to start the job. The bigger jobs were always understaffed and lacked the right equipment to get the job done efficiently. There is no trust or integrity within the company, The only three pillars that earthform stand on is the pedestals they put under themselves, 

Good usually quite organized, learned a ton about residential hardscaping, get along well with management, work with great guys from near and far, hardest part of the job is sometimes the language barrier, I really enjoy that all opinions are valued an considered. 

Employees leave because of bad managers not their jobs, that is why earthform has such a high staff turn over, they have un realistic  expectations and I feel for for the labourers that will have to work on their sites, they just can't quite see it yet, doesn't matter how many times they are told it doesn't sink in, they under estimate and neglect the power of their staff because without a crew you don't have the power to get the job done, lesson #1 in business 

I have just started with the company. I’ve been in the construction industry for 8 years and I am so glad to be part of a team that values training, state of the art technology, safety and personal/professional growth. The trust, communication and work ethic extends from ownership,  management down to on-site crews. I’ve never met a team that has this much ambition. 

Management lacks the experience to lead themselves let alone any one else.
Turnover rate is high because of this.
Nepotism in the workplace really exists.
Company claims to be Landscape Professionals but they don’t have anyone with the credentials to back it up.

Very untrusting owners, they treat you like a child, hard to get past the unethical  values they uphold, not a good place to work. The jobs are a shamble, poor planning and insufficient material and info on jobs. Hard to make informed decisions on the job when you can’t get direct answers  from management. Very sneaky deceptive people not willing to trust employees.

The days can be long, and organization is poor at best. There is a lot of talk of team work, but in practice most are just out for themselves. Management want as much profit for as little expense as possible. This usually results in projects being understaffed. Then employees are blamed for jobs going over the contract hours.

Long days, hard going as management doesn’t listen to its employees, you don’t feel valued or recognized for the skills they hired you for. Management team has no integrity making for an unhealthy work environment, there was no team when it came to them and us. If you want to work hard and be treated unfairly and feel unappreciated this is the place to be.

Working at Earthform is a collaborative environment that allows you to get your work done but also gives you the opportunity to learn and try new things. As a growing company it is very rewarding to be able to pitch in at tasks you may not normally get to take on in a huge corporation. I would recommend working here.
