The HR person is a very toxic individual who has no idea how to manage time and organize effectively. 

As a candidate, you will be contacted within a day or so of applying, but then you will be sent a schedule of times to interview that are on their schedule only.  Here's the interesting part though, even if you conform to their scheduling, they will change the scheduled time of the appointment for their liking! You either oblige or you get cancelled - as simple as that! 

HR makes up a lot of excuses and double/triple books appointments and their responsibilities for the company instead of truly valuing and respecting the individuals they asked to interview! 

I would stay far away from this brand as the job was a short-term contract anyways (3 months) and if the culture is to not value others in society, then you know the working environment is not going to be any different and is actually worse.

Reply to client emails, book appointments, enter contracts, communicate with Maintenance manager on scheduling. Site visits, meet clients, meet maintenance manager on site and crews.
I have learned much about client care, selling, quantifying different tasks, deciding which people are best suited for each job.
I have many years of management experience, which I am allowed to use to the benefit of the company.
hardest part of the job for me is getting to terms with some of the computer programs, but the level of support from others is excellent.
Interacting with great colleagues at all levels and amazing clients, and using my years of experience in horticulture and management

The day starts around 6:30-6:45 everyone works together to insure we are getting the trucks and equipment ready. 
The company believes in learning advancements and has insensitives in helping you achieve these. 
The managment team are generally open to your thoughts ans ideas. 
Great work culture, we are like a family here.
The hardest part is dealing with bad weather. 
The most enjoyable is working outside in nature and having a great team to enjoy it with.

Coming to Earthscape felt like more of a homecoming than just another job.  I quickly realized that this was a place where I could feel comfortable being my true self and a place where I wanted to stay.  I know it sounds crazy but I actually look forward to coming into work everyday.  Mostly because I actually have real freedom to be creative and innovative.  Couple that with an environment that encourages learning, refinement of skills, and professional growth, and you have a recipe for a long term home with room for advancement.  I started out as a designer but quickly moved up the ladder due to the systems in place and the supportive team environment here at Earthscape.  

Earthscape takes the landscaping industry to a level I didn't know existed. I've always loved the industry but never felt like it was a legitimate career until I started working here.  Things such as over time pay, benefits, great wages and year round work for full time employees make it feel like I finally have career I can be comfortable in long term. From day one, they have valued my opinion and made me feel included in the company. Add that to the fact that there isn't anybody I wouldn't want to work with and frequent company events. It makes it a fantastic place to work every day.

This is a workplace unlike any other that I've been a part of.

Everything, from the people and culture, to the compensation, to the up-to-date and ample tools/equipment, puts Earthscape atop a long list of landscaping companies to work for.

After joining the team at Earthscape, I can't imagine working anywhere else!

I'm often challenged to grow but never discouraged or ignored. If you value things like integrity, hard work, team work and the ongoing pursuit of excellence, you'll love it here. Plus they give a lot of money to their people! With things like profit sharing for everyone and employee shares as an option, I make more here than I've made anywhere else. 

The role of design and sales here is great. You get to express your creativity work with passionate enthusiastic people to bring these ideas to life. My favourite part of working here is meeting people from all different walks of life, working on all different types of properties and making my own schedule

Earthscape’s work culture is second to none it literally saved my passion for landscaping. Management actually listens to you and does their best to help. And the people you get to work with are great people. Awesome place to work.
