I went into this job with an open mind and confidence in myself and my abilities. This confidence was quickly squashed by the attitudes of my colleagues around me. As someone who gets along with most people especially in the workplace I was dumbfounded by the hostile and passive aggressive attitudes of some of my coworkers. Things can only be done a certain way even if they are not the most efficient or staff friendly and there is little to no morale at the place. 

-answers phone enquiries, takes messages, refers caller to appropriate personnel and provides information as requested

-responds to visitor enquiries, making referrals to appropriate personnel, providing and/or taking information, and dealing with clients and the general public in a professional manner

-provides a complete range of secretarial and clerical services for management and staff, as assigned;

-maintains filing systems, creating and deleting files as required, retrieving information and ensuring the Agency policies regarding privacy are followed;

Your co-workers are great and are about the only reason to stay.

If you do get a review, it is late and you only get it because you keep pestering them about it.

Good luck getting a raise. They will praise you to the high heavens but pick at anything you have done wrong as an excuse not to increase your salary.

Paid salary, expected to stick around and work extra (sometimes only a few minutes) if needed. Never thanked for this. If time taken off though, hours are docked from pay.

The only pros are your co-workers, the skylight, tea & coffee.

ECMM has one of the worse management I have ever encountered in my entire life. Management needs a course on how to treat employees properly and fairly. 
They lack people skills, and are easily frustrated. 

They do not provide proper training for employees, no sick days, not accommodating to time off when needed, favore employees, brown nosers are rewarded, they expect you to attend after hours meetings not paid, the list goes on.

This is a good company to work for.  It is a small privately owned company - you are a name, not a number like in large organizations.  They care about their employees and reward those that show good productivity and teamwork.  I love working here.

ECMM is a small privately owned company.  Employees are treated well, with little perks such as a kitchen fully stocked with coffee/tea/milk and sometimes treats.  Recognition is given to those who earn it, a good teamwork environment.

ECMM is a great place to work with a strong focus on fostering a team environment. Employee development is important to ECMM and there are many opportunities for cross training and working with different departments. The on the job training ensures that almost anyone can join the ECMM team and thrive in any department.

The pay is horrible, they also offer zero paid sick days.  Management and team are hostile, competitive for so reason considering there is no incentive structure, not easy to get along with, cranky and miserable.

The nurses were all very nice people, the hours were good.

This place is awful. Management is terrible and will treat you like you don't matter. There's no advancement and there is a ton of bullying from management. Just don't even bother. You'll hate your life.
