The management work 14-16 hours days to just be treated like bad

Garbage equipment, bad organization and rude management

Long ungrateful hours,zero appreciation,high expectations with useless equipment

Steady work with practical hours

If you don't know someone else working there,  it's hard to fit in! Very clicks.

It's logging, not much to add.

10 to 12 hours, rain or snow...ya gotta go

I enjoyed the three years i was employed at east fraser. It was a fast paced environment which made most days go by quickly. I had the ability to be trained in most areas in the mill which made for lots of different opportunities and the opportunity to train new employees as well. The management was great and they were always helping you and teaching you new tips and tricks to succeed at your job.

I loved working at East Fraser. If I went back to Mackenzie, I would love to work there again. For my first mill job. I learned a lot there. It made me realize I can do anything when i put my mind to it. 
I loved my mill manager, she was awesome .... Such a good role model for women. My supervisor was awesome aswell. Everyone worked as a team .

A sea of depressed faces standing along a constantly breaking assembly line. Risking carpel tunnel to make significantly less than industry standard, with no union protection.

I worked at canfor for 5 years ,the company is very good ,because of lumber price they shutdown . I have ruuning 988 k and 988 H 
I have vey good experience in heavy machine operator .
I worked in big boat . when seal on the river I drive the boat up to the lake .I have my bridge ticket .
the job is team player .I really enjoy it

The company was very good to work for, always willing to listen to their employees.  They tried to keep everyone working even with the downturn in the foresty industry.  The workplace culture was one of working together, we were always encouraged to do our best, and produce a quality product we could all be proud of

working at east fraser fiber was one of the worst jobs iv had hounestly the management was poor and work schedual was all over the place , very inconsistent , hard to have a life at the same time

Management leaves for days at a time and your left wondering what is going on! Then you will be let go because you well…. Have no idea what’s going on. Owners should get all new management. Safety issues don’t bother bringing them up that will get you fired !! 

the entire job as a whole was an amazing experience. definitely not for the feint of heart. these are real people in the work area. no child's play tollorated
