The biggest pros is the commissions, which you can earn there if you work on your own, without supervisors. The company pays money honestly on time, but unfortunately some of the supervisors there are big liars who want just make money on new trainees and take their commissions by saying that the clients changed their mind.
I had an awful experience with one of the supervisors who was teaching me in the beginning. First of all, he wasn't explaining much and gave just a little bit of info. Even tho he works there more than three years, he coudn't teach properly. Secondly, the training was horrible, fornunately more experience manager came and thought us how to do sales.
After a few days I made my first sale and the manager said that he gonna help me to fill out the paperwork as I didn't know how properly fill it in. But he said that I still going to receive the commission for the sale. And you know what? I've never received the money. Even tho he said that everything went well and I should receive the money. The same happened with another guy who was a trainee as well. 
I'm sure that there are some better managers, but the one whom we got was very dishonest and was lying a lot by giving some poor excuses.

I enjoyed my time working at EcoLife HomeComfort. All of my co-workers were very friendly, social, and outgoing. The environment is very clean and the office is located downtown. I would definitely recommend working here.

I started working for EcoLife Home Comfort in July as a Sales Representative and has already been promoted for a Sales Manager. If you are a hardworking person looking for some good money - that's a good place to be at. Management really appreciates your efforts and attitude.

Eco Life Home Comfort has full of energy to deal with clients, with lots of room for internal advancement and with great work culture   and work life balance. Management is very supportive each person to strive for excellent and growth.

Company need alot of upgrading of their equipment 
As well as their managing director has a great deal of work to get the company going if they want it to last as i get tired of people quieting

Honestly man, it's a good place to start a job.

Took about 2 weeks to get settled in, but the people here are really nice. Hours can be long sometimes, but we all smile when it's payday.

While working at here I found it to be very rewarding & fulfilling. The company tries to facilitate its employees by providing adequate resources & influence to get the tasks at hand with efficiency. Pay was always on time also.

You're pretty much selling furnaces door to door so it's pretty much a numbers game. Some days you can sell, other days are dry. Will definitely develop your sales skills in a very make it or break it way.

The way they teach you to sell is a joke!! The con people in changing their equipment. A very dishonest way of selling, I would never work for this company !!!

Ecolife Home Comfort has a fun atmosphere with great coworkers. Everyone is very helpful and always looking after each other.
