 I have been with Eden Park for 2 months now as a Junior Funding Analyst.I cannot begin to explain how content I am, not only with my job but with my team. Working here has made me grow as a person and appreciate my colleagues. Everyone is willing to work as a team and collaborate each and every day on how we can improve. When I was hired, I had little experience in this field, but now with all the tools that i have been given, I can actually say that I fit right in. I would not be where I am if it wasn't for my manager, She goes above and beyond to teach me everyday, she answers all my questions and encourages me to strive and brings out my potential in funding. I still have a long way to go, but when you work with a fantastic team, who is just so incredible, it makes it so much easier to shine. I finally found my career and my place in the work field. We have zoom meetings on a weekly basis and the CEO is very much involved and takes care of his employees. I appreciate this very much, it shows that you are not just a number here, you are valued. This is not just a job, but a future that promises great things to come. So proud to be part of Eden Park.

EdenPark is the place to be if you are looking to learn, grow, collaborate, and feel like you're really part of a team. Everyone is highly respectful, and extremely supportive of one another - which is a nice change from usual workplaces. There is ample room for growth if you're willing to work hard, and it is encouraged that employees try their hand at various different departments throughout their time working here. As hard as we work, we also play hard too with a lot of amenities in the office for employee use, as well as epic socials throughout the year. EdenPark also strives to make a positive impact on the community, so you can expect a lot of fundraising toward various charities. I never thought I would be here for almost 5 years when I first started here, but I now can't picture myself leaving.

Not the best experience higher management easy influence by supervisors and managers there it’s control department environment makes for high stress and not want to work or achieve 

High volume, low compensation. Great colleagues for the most part, if you work hard and keep your head down, promotions are possible but you will never be fairly compensated

Stressful place to work. Management makes it hard for employees to actually enjoy working for the company. Long hours. High turnover.  I suggest you stay away and find another place to work!

Good place to work . Managers are supportive and don’t pressurize much if you are doing what you need to do . Don’t micro manager . Office environment is good too with hybrid model
