What is the best part of working at the company?
they have a good training program,they also are very safety aware..It is a clean and organized plant.They like to award the people with bringing in food trucks and Blue Jay tickets,


What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
sometimes they want quick changeovers to make only a few prepacks ,it takes alot of help and organization to do thisbut management will not understand this.


What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
pretty good,depends who you work with


What is a typical day like for you at the company?
I loaded trucks and unloaded,loved it

I loved to work here every body welcome you specially you are new.Its my first day I learned a lot ....and I easily know the ist step of a job because the co workers and the supervisors as well as the manager very helpful.Including the co workers they help each other....I highly recommend 
This company.....as Edgewell ...The company in hanover where I first hired.after my sister in law hired ,..thanks Edgewell manager and company for your support and help to others who are in need..of a job.More power and Godbless this company.....Loved This company..Keep up the good work,being productive, positive and professionalism. 

Too much drama and  gossips. If you think you can stay away from it, well, you can try, but most likely you will be dragged in it eventually. 
People literally report you for anything ( i.e. your look, your jokes/no jokes, too serious, not serious enough etc.) 
Extreme micro management. Be prepared to count minutes, including washroom breaks. G forbid you will use the washroom for more than 5 minutes. 
Most people just walk away during training. 
Seniority! If you are new, good luck ! 

I will be blunt.  DO NOT WORK HERE.  The management has absolutely no clue and the stupidity there is mind boggling.  They do not respect you at all and have the dumbest ruleset I have ever seen.  Even the crew leaders hate it there.

Sure they "claim" to care about you by giving you things and a free meal once in a while but it is fake.  No proper A/C in the summer, mandatory overtime whenever the heck they feel like it, and if you have another job you are expected to give it up for them or you're OUT.

I won't ever send my worst enemy here.

Worked as a temp from 18 till 29 and finally got hired on but when I needed a shift change due to personal reasons lost my status as a crew leader but told I could get it back when one opened up to have to apply and they chose an office workers 18 year old child only being there a couple months and another worker only being there a year or two plus they have high standards of what they want done per shift and yell at you if you do not do the quota. Most crew leaders are super nice to work with but favoured workers are high in this place 

although i had my own personal issues at this company with other workers i still enjoyed the environment and alot of the management. many find a family away from home at this company where many support and lift each other not only mentally but everyone is also challenging each other on a productivity level. Always got something to do and often makes the work place quite fun and the days past fast

Edgewell  was a good place to work. Enjoyed  working with my coworkers for  many years . The management was changed so the company had to down size. 
     The only thing I didn't like was hand bombing large skids of product.
     I liked working independently on my own.

Worse place I have ever worked, all the bad reviews you read about this place are true. The supervisors are selfish and only care about themselves and will throw you under the bus to make them look better. You will get written up if you have your cellphone in your pocket and will get fired if you stand on a skid. You get stuck doing the same jobs for days. The pay is absolutely ridiculous for the work they do.

 The fact that they Get you to sign a sheet saying you'll work 50 hours a week minimum

 But at the same it seem like you don't have an option but to sign that paper so how is that part time if they make you do 50 hours as a minimum then

Upper management very confused and unorganized with what they want done. Will find most inefficient ways to complete tasks and blame the workers for not hitting the targets on time. Only way to move up in company is if you are very close with the plant managers. Constant monitoring and threatening your job from upper management, almost feels like a totalitarian environment.
