I have spent many years in the Military between the Reserves and the Regular Force. As a Supply Technician I have worked in many diverse jobs so to state a typical day is difficult due to the diverse nature of the military. I have worked with many different people from all areas of the country making some life long friendships along the way. I have always enjoyed the military way of life especially the discipline and the diversity associated with it. I always enjoy travelling and seeing different places and people. I'd have to say the hardest part of being in the Military is having to be away from my family for extended periods of time, from training exercises, training courses and deployments. I don't mind being away from time to time for shorter periods, but it's time to do something that limits the length of time I'm separated from my family.

First off,I never had a problem with Safety and were helpful when I needed them.No ,let's get to the problem.The bozos left in charge when the big boss is away are a joke.These 2 don't know the first thing about this business.People walk on egg shells and actually worry about these 2.Its to bad that that their skill level is below that of anyone in that company.Respect is something that is earned and you have earned Nothing.Fire the to assist managers and hire a more professional team.

Was a very friendly co-worker environment. I learned a lot about homecare product as this is a hands on job. From fitting people with hand braces to making sure a cane was suited to a persons height. Only down side was how much free time you could have on a shift after stock and cleaning was done for the day, you could have hours of free time time which led to boredom. It was a great job for part time hrs, to stay busy.

A good progressive company  Nisku office is fairly new but getting better.  If not busy in Nisku , can be sent to Hamilton to work for that branch. Are treated very well there and shown respect and appreciated for your past experience.  Safety is good but too full of himself.

A typical day involved making deliveries and staying organized. I learned time management and customer service. Management was supportive, and the culture was friendly. The hardest part was busy times, but I enjoyed driving and completing deliveries. I am happy working in this role

	Took ownership in resolving customer complaints regarding service provided

assist manager when he isn't present
prepped food & bar supplies for restaurant
cleaned & kept front and back of house organized
trained all new staff

Being a member of a organisation that works for the uplifting of individuals with special needs give me great sense of accomplishment. The team works in collaboration in providing optimal service to both the staff and the clients.

Management is open to new ideas for improvement and supportive. It is the place to prove your skills and make differences. People are friendly to work with. Great products, good growing opportunities. 

Not much help if there is an issue with anything, Family doesn't work out like a regular job. Loved to spend time with the children. Not so much the adults.
