Life is all about self determination, the early stage at work was not really easy with me, especially with my training co-worker, a lot of pressure , discouragement in a sense that he doesn't  appreciate my effort at all but at last, he was still be the same person to tell our overall supervisor that i am the best in the shift compare to others because i am a hard working person, social, friendly and more importantly, i believe in professionalism and perfection,

I gained a lot of knowledge working there and I met different kind of people. Got to know how to deal with different kind of situations. Apart from it the employees there were really helpful and they were always ready to get me out from any difficult circumstance. 

Egg Solutions was a good place to work until the merger when they started putting the needs of the shareholders over the needs of the employees and facility. 

it was great and fun, the people are great. good pay. we all work as team no one works  by her or him self, i like that would love to work for them in the future as my assignment was completed throw the temp agency liberty staffing

Not the best company to work for. Better to look for something else.
Some managers have very inappropriate managerial behavior and style,  never looking into the root of problems and promoting favoritism.

The company has three shifts. There are three brakes in a single shift. Namely, 10 am to 10.20 am, 12 am to 12:30( lunchtime), 2 pm to 2:20pm.
The workers have to start on time.

Learned  to grow with the people with lots of technical stuff and management skills.

A typical day at work wouldn't be so worst when getting support from co-workers .

the job that we do it is all about packaging the eggs,there is different letters correspond to what we have to match,very punctual before work,reliable and responsible.

Long hours for drivers which can be a great opportunity to make some money! Pay is fair and the dispatch will never bother you. Just gotta put in the hard work in AZ driving ! Good luck buddy 

This is a really good company where you can find nice people and you will be treated with respect and kindness. They really worry about their workers wellness.
