Elanco

Elanco Canada is a sales machine, very successful in sales and growth. Their main problem is that they don't care about people.
They don't have any system for career advancement or planning.
Management do not act on its promises and are not honest to confront.
The business is totally controlled by the CFO which is a very difficult person to deal with.
Their compensation  package is very low compared to the market, meanwhile they have great sets of benefits.
My overall rating is based on their people orientation which is the least between all the companies I worked for.

Terribly managed company from the ground up, no regard for personnel or safety. Long hours, double shifts, 7 days per week, mandatory overtime. Zero work life balance, no development or promotion opportunities. 
Pay is decent but not worth the stress. 
Management promotes competition between employees and the environment is toxic and hostile. 
High turnover and very low employee engagement

Forever changing priorities and didn’t announce that through the company, they keep it quiet. They did not elude to the fact that everyone has to interview for their roles but would never roll out to schedule until last minute.  You know you were getting packaged out when Human Resources were on the phone call you got on the same day. 

You already have people working in your firm who are less educated than m. But my qualifications are not enough for you anytime i apply for any of your positions. I will make sure i spread this message that elanco as a company only hires people who have mostly failed at colleges and universities or to get hired they pay bribes. Bunch of fools and frauds you people are

Really enjoy working here.   Young, very multicultural employees with good energy.   Feel like a team.   Work is fast paced and company is investing heavily in the Site to continually improve.

Elanco is a great compony to work in. coworkers are friendly. they understand that you need help, so they help you. they are aware of that you are a bigger so they guide you and help you until you can work on your own. employees safety is  the most important topic in the compony.

Need more space management with increasing workforce. Overall work experience is very enjoyable and highly recommended. Very supportive and encouraging staff.

Elanco has a really nice work environment. Elanco offers amazing pay and benefits as compared to other companies. They do need to work on their work advancement opportunities but other than that it's a nice place to work.

I loved working there and would recommend it to everyone. The staff and management were understanding and pleasant.  Working for Elanco is an experience everyone should try to get if they are interested in animal health.

I have been working at Elanco for several years but if you are a contractor there is no benefits or you don't get the recognition but I love working there because of the people and it is a fast past
